Great location. Morning complimentary breakfast was exceptional with a chef preparing eggs to order 5:30 complimentary cocktails and snacks was a big surprise. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Chicago!
The hotel was good overall. My only complaint would be the keys. It was hard for the room doors to open and when we tried going to the pool, we were never able to open the door. Another guest tried their key as well and it still didn't work.
