Pool is nice. Our room was big. Why we had to bother lady at front desk to go to pool was a little weird., should just be able to.use door key to get to pool Lady at front desk could have been more cheery. Seemed bithered everytime we needed something, but our stay was good overall.
Convenient to Delaware 1 in a shopping district. Very clean and staff are cleaning all day. We didn't use the indoor pool but it is large and other guests were obviously enjoying it. Hotel is updated throughout. Vinyl plank flooring in guest rooms that have refrigerator, microwave, large LED TV's, tub/shower, good lighting, many electrical outlets. Internet bandwidth 100 mbps. This is a great hotel, especially for the price. Free breakfast not the best nor very healthy (coffee, eggs/sausage, waffles, cold cereal (fruit loops), bread and muffins, yogurt, apples).
We just stayed a night as we traveled through. Clean, nice size room and good stay.

The property was on the older side, and could use a “refresh”. However, the room was clean. We Liked that there was no carpets. The staff was very pleasant. Lobby and breakfast area are not great and could be updated to be more comfortable (dark and dingy). Overall, ok stay. A little effort to update this hotel by the owners would go a long way! Lighten and brighten it up. It’s In a good area with plenty of options for dining and about 35/40 min. To Rehoboth beach. What’s up with all these hotels and the color Brown!?!?

No curtains on windows, pool was closed, no hot breakfast like promised, air conditioning wasn’t working at its best, they only offered DECAF coffee in room, etc....
Very clean hotel and staff were really nice. We weren't able to use pool because of covid and the breakfast wasn't open nor vending machine. But it was close to everything, Popeyes was right next door and rite aid
