Very pleasant hotel with a friendly staff. It is dog friendly, yet dogs were put in rooms convenient for owners and not a disturbance to other guests.

This was known in advance and yet when we signed it at the front desk, we were not told that the next morning power would be cut off early. We were left to figure out how to shower and dress for an important event we were there to attend. The general manger found a room on another floor that still had power and for that we are grateful. Overall, this was not the experience we would expect to have at this hotel.

Love every minute I was there! Awesome breakfast in the am, wine/cheese in the afternoon. Coffee, tea, and water always available. Food can be ordered from a 24 hour menu and the prices were reasonable. It was situated between the bay and the ocean which was easy to walk to both. Some restaurants were close by, giving us choices. One negative point: the bed was so hard that upon waking, my hip joints hurt for at least an hour..maybe some extra padding or new beds are in order. Overall, lively place!

Very good. I havd sunset and sunrise. It was great.

This hotel was great - I stayed one night with my dog and it was everything I wanted. Only one block to the beach with a lot of great restaurants nearby, the rooms were very generously sized and set up. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to both me and my dog. There were many dogs in the hotel, yet the hotel was extremely clean and well kept.

Great staff!! Jeffrey checked us in early and told us about local events (movie on the beach that evening). Cecil delivered a pack and play for our little one. Great location! We parked here - for free- and walked to the beach, to dinner, and for ice cream. Large room and free breakfast! I'd recommend!

Enjoyed our stay very much. A convenient place to stay. Near restaurants and beach and the bay. Had everything we needed.

Half block to lots of fun and food and jolly trolley!

overall the hotel was great. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. It didn't really have much to choose from. Not many vegetarian options. Nonetheless, it was a good hotel and will definitely come back and also recommend it.

Nice place to stay staff courteous and polite. Convenient to all lower Delaware beaches and outlets.

Very happy with the hotel and staff. Clean rooms, great location. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

So glad we were able to stay at the Hyatt this time in Dewey. We ended up booking very last minute, actually on the car ride down. It was so so roomy, perfect for the 4 of us. Breakfast was included which made the expense more bareable, but I was disappointed in the quality of the food. Parking was a definite issue. More cars than spaces. Obviously they are still building. Location was absolutely perfect. I am glad we got a deal, I think I would have been disappointed if we had to pay full fare, of which I would never have. Very very expensive rates offered at times.

Good location and clean room , comfortable staying. If there is microcave in room that would be much better for the room rate. And the hot breakfast is great , if the open time would be till 10:00am in summer season would be better. Cause people are expecting relax staying in hotel wouldn't like in rush getting up for breakfast.when we arrived the breakfast area at 9:10, there is nearly nothing left although the open is till 9:30, no more food added, you can just eat what the left. Except this little disappoint, everything is great.

The rooms were nicer then we expected, very large and comfy with the couch in the room. Loved the bathroom and the refrigerator in the room. We were very comfortable. Only problem was construction going on above us on the new condos during the day and a barking dog a few doors down which we called the front desk about twice and they tried to resolve. Breakfast was mediocre and they needed better options and more staff for cleaning up the area and putting out more food at times. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great location for walking to restaurants, the beach, the bay and nighttime entertainment, all right there.

The hotel was nice, but I was looking for spectacular. The pool was very small and even though there were a dozen or less people in it, it made it seem crowded. Kind of like being in another tub with strangers. My kids didn't even go in when we were rained out of our beach day. There is no real restaurant or bar in the hotel, just a counter near registration that sells some goodies and you can purchase drinks too, but it's not a place to relax and have a few drinks. The breakfast buffet was so crowded and they let things run out instead of keeping it stocked until it was over (even the cereal and coffee ran out) also, it only ran until 9:30. On vacation we like to stay out a little later and get started later, by the time we got to the buffet, it was well picked over.

Hotel was okay, but not what I would expect from a Hyatt. I've stayed in Hyatt's before ... little things were lacking like not replacing small towels and the bath mat that were dirty and left in the to be washed pile, not replacing the empty toilet paper roll etc. The first morning they had cleaned our room, I walked in and thought they hadn't been there yet. That sort of sums it up.

The hotel is pretty modern. Decor was up to date in the rooms. Just there's no bathtub for the toddlers to take a bath. And the showers were not kept well by the cleaning crew. The tiles had soap scum build up all over the shower walls. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and we checked in pretty early, so that was a plus. The beach was about one block away from the hotel. Don't eat at the Mexican restaurant behind the hotel, it's not good! The view was good beautiful and that's about it!!! The free breakfast at the hotel was better then others, so you save some $ there.

Location is very nice. Breakfast should be available a bit longer.

the hotel is brand new and very clean inside. great location right on beach and in walking distance of all bars. breakfast looked lovely and staff was pleasant.

Amazing staff! Great location and amenities, including free breakfast every morning.
