The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. I would give the room cleanliness a 7-8 only because there was webs in the corners of the ceiling. Otherwise it was very clean. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again.

First unit they assigned us had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Upon notifying the front desk, they called maintenance which I found quite peculiar, I expected them to move us to a new room first. Maintenance came and confirmed and suggested we get a new room. They assign us the unit right next to the leaky ceiling one. I asked if that was wise because it seemed ro me that if the ceiling was leaking, it wouldnt just be the kne room. Anywho...we went to the neighboring unit. At 1st glance, everything looked fine. We went to dinner, came back to water on the floor and the ceiling buckling from water. Back to front desk, this time we got a room on the floor below. From that point on, the stay was fine. The hotel is right on the beach - on the quiet side but walking distance to the action. I liked that they have vinyl flooring, hotel carpets can be gross. The unit was pretty clean but there were several pieces of stray hairs about the room. They advertise as queen sized beds but they are not, they are double. Overall, not my jam but for a lil weekend stay in October, it was fine. It's kind of weird...you enter the hotel lobby, go up via elevator but then when you get to the floor, its open, like you're outside so it feels like a motel. And the bathroom is really really small.

Room was good and clean. Location was good, staff and amenities were good. First night was good, obviously there was no one in the room aside of us. Second night, we were in a room that was adjoining to the one aside of us. We did not request an adjoining room nor did we know the people in the other room, but we could hear everything they said through the pass door into the other room. We clearly heard their tv, and their conversations. Really made our stay quite uncomfortable.

This hotel has a good location. I could open my balcony door because the unit next to me was constantly smoking pot. When I’d open the door it would just fill my room. I complained to the older blond lady finally at 10 at night and she simply said “sorry nothing I can do about it”. Very disappointing experience. Location is good though.

The King Oceanfront room provides an excellent view of the ocean with the beach directly below. Bed and shower were both good. Refrigerator and microwave were provided. Very convenient place for the full beach experience.

The location is fabulous. Along with easy, free parking in the hotel garage . The staff in the lobby are friendly. The nice coffee machine in the lobby is fabulous. Tons of coffee options and all so good. We took our coffee and hot cocoa and sat on the back porch in rockers and watched the sunrise. The lobby is beautiful and tastefully done. The murals on the outside corridor are truly beautiful. We were supposed to be in a room with 2 queen beds, it was 2 doubles instead. We checked in late and ended up putting our stuff away and didn't want to deal with changing our room. The beds weren't very comfortable and it was noisy at night. But there was also a wedding going on. The bathroom sateen shower curtain had at least 30 large pulls all over it, it looks awful. The anti slip stickers in the tub are black and brown due to being dirty. On the web site this is described as deluxe bathrooms. The bathroom wasn't very clean, hair and sand. The furniture has a layer of dust. There were cobb webs in the corner of the room and a few spiders. The outside furniture was inside the room and was filthy. You are given one roll of single ply toilet paper. And lastly no ventilation in the bathroom. Bring your own cleaning wipes to quickly clean up. Lysol to sanitize and deodorize. Pack some toilet paper. Maybe a pillow or two. Some very simple housekeeping, along with replacing the shower curtain and tub stickers and this could be a nice stay.
