The room looks ok. It looks like a cheap room and it is very dated. I can hear my neighbors and their TV. I can hear what they are talking about and what is going on on TV. The property looks very old.

A well worn classic
For the price point it was well located ocean front and had the basics along with a nice sized balcony with an ocean view. Rooms were a bit run down as was the tub room so didnt seem as clean as a newer room would be toilet seat needed replaced as did the tub. Entry door needed painting bed frames and headboards had worn edges. No breakfast available had to walk to the boardwalk aways to get breakfast no amenities

Superior ocean view is not ocean front. Our room was average. The table in the room only had one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed for our meals. The toilet would run constantly when the lever got stuck. The room phone did not work. Bath water temp fluctuated and it was difficult to maintain hot water. It was easy access to the beach and being at the end of the boardwalk, less people traffic.

Had a view of the ocean and could hear the waves from our room which we liked. It is close to lots of dining options by walking which we took advantage of. The coffee in the room was good, beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean. The only negative I saw was the stair wells could be cleaner.
