The ocean view and oceanfront location was amazing! But come prepared because there are no further amenities. No body wash, Q tips, cotton balls, thermostat, restaurant, bottled water, tea bags/hot water, paper towels in the kitchenette. But if beach proximity is your top goal, you’re traveling with kids and you pack well: it’s a good spot for that. Large room, nicely furnished. Great location near all of the downtown businesses accessible by walking the boardwalk.

Walls were paper thin. Heater was broken and we had to have it replaced. Blew out dry hot air and kept us up all night as there was no way to adjust between blasting heat or freezing cold. Phone didn't work. Engineer and front desk were very kind but they never made any offer for the problems we faced. Even soap wasn't left in the room by housekeeping.

The stay was good, the heating/air system is loud. The door has space when closed so air comes in thankfully nothing else did. The choose pictured the bathroom with double sinks, ours did not. Minor but was my complaints. I will stay again anyway
