Mostly great, would return

My family and I had a great stay, aside from issues at check in and check out, which I think were just bad timing/isolated incidents, which they more than made up for. We didn’t use the spa, but we definitely took advantage of the cookies and drinks at happy hour. The family pool and the amenities were very nice, and we loved Jim, the shuttle driver. The location is a short walk or shuttle ride to everything, and we would likely stay there again.

We were a little disappointed in The Bellmoor. There were some nice touches and you could tell that at one point it was a premium hotel but it seems that is being lost and that they are needing to cut costs. The breakfast was disappointing, some of the decor was in need of upgrading. It was an underwhelming experience.

I loved the cozy feeling and the staff were friendly. The downstairs sitting areas etc. I think would have benefitted if one space could have been designated as quiet space. The bar was small and clearly having a bar wasn't really their thing: I think that space could be put to better use.

Bellmoor Spa rocks!!!

My husband and I do not really get away that often. This was the perfect place. We definitely will be coming back. The room was beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was a fantastic experience. Thank you to your staff for all their hospitality.
