My second time coming here I love the jacuzzi the rooms are clean and short distance to the beach. I didn’t spend much time in the room but did wish more channels on the tv worked

The room was not properly clean, it was not ready when we got there. The carpets overused and dirty. Had pets around. Many things broken inside. It was so bad I decided to leave one day early and lost a day reservation. Not coming back there ever.

Hotel Wave is a hidden gem. All these years I have visited Rehoboth Beach I didn’t realize this hotel was there. It’s perfect for being close to everything in the area without the overpriced tag. The hotel does need an update to their pool area. I would’ve liked to have meat in the breakfast buffet but overall I would stay here again.

When we arrived, there was trash strewn around on the ground outside the front entrance to the lobby. The trash bin out there was overflowing and there was additional trash scattered in the landscaping alongside the building. Inside, the floor was absolutely filthy. The carpet going up the main staircase from the lobby to the 2nd floor and lining the 2nd floor hallway was so dirty and looked as though it had not been vacuumed in ages, nor cleaned in an even longer period of time. These initial impressions did not bode well and we were anxious about what we would find in our room; however, the room was very clean. Worn, but clean. Upon check-in, we told the young woman at the desk about the trash outside the front entranceway and when we came back later that evening, it had been picked up and the trash bin was emptied. When we left the next morning, the carpet on the stairs and in the hallways on the 2nd floor remained just as filthy as it was the evening prior.

The place was easy to find. It was very clean and cozy. Had continental breakfast and coffee bar. We were very happy with our room. We had to cut our stay short because my autoimmune disease started acting up but it wasn't because the room was bad. T even had a down comforter on the bed , very good sleep. Well worth every penny.

This hotel should be condemned.

Our room was filthy. Mold and mildew in bathtub and other places in the bedroom. Table in the room was falling apart. Spa closed and dirty. Checked out immediately after seeing the condition of the room.

I stayed at Hotel Rehoboth and was disappointed with several aspects of my visit. The included breakfast was poor — the orange juice tasted watered down and overall quality was lacking. The bathroom was inconvenient: no plunger or dust bin provided, and the water pressure was extremely low. Even sitting on the toilet was uncomfortable due to the setup. This hotel has a good location, but these basic issues really affected my stay. I hope management makes improvements to amenities, breakfast quality, and bathroom facilities.

Wish the hot tub worked lol but besides that the room was nice and beds were comfy! The cable was a lot of static and skipping but we didn’t need to watch much tv so wasn’t a big deal! Staff was great and friendly!
