Stayed with my daughter. No pool towels ever and when asked you get a tiny thing you could never even use. Also pool was unsafe. During our stay each time I went in with daughter a man with a house arrest anklet was harassing and taking photos of myself my child and all females in the pool area. I reported and nothing was done.
Nice, big entrance. Nice staff. Dog friendly. Rooms are small. No dressers or closets, just hooks…very minimalist. Not worth the $188 per night !! So much for a good orbitz rate. Expecting a lot more for that price point off season (April)
The staff tried their best to help with room issues. They were stretched very thin with them running up and down stairs to help any needs. Our first room had a screeching showerhead and TV didn't work so they easily gave us a new room. The new room had a screeching showerhead and the phone didn't work. I guess you get what you pay for. But property felt beachy and nice and area was around a lot of other stores for easy quick groceries or dining options. Would have been nice to have eggs and other food for breakfast.
Check in was horrible. The first room they gave me was under construction and the front desk staff had to clean it up. Then we noticed the AC was broken. The second room was nice, but they said I had to switch rooms the next day. Finally the third room smelled like cigarettes (I think the AC was bringing in the smell from the lobby front door where they let people smoke!) No closet or drawers in the room either.
The staff was amazing, especially Destiny she deserves employee of the month she knew all the answers to my questions and she is dabomb.com. I understand the property is going through renovations but the Side entrance should not be opened with a rock all the time. We left and came back and it’s still was there no bueno. The Breakfast was good and the pool / jacuzzi was great.
The staff was rude, the drains in the tub and sink clogged, there were roaches, and the floors in the rooms were dirty.
Rooms were clean. Service was just ok. Had to hunt down new towels and toilet paper. Tv did not work. Wifi was awful. Breakfast was good first day but not any day after. Was not restocked.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but the chlorine level was extremely high. We were surprised that the room had no closet, drawers for clothing, or a phone. Had to call the main phone number to reach the front desk! Not a deal breaker, just odd.
