Not safe to check in guest I’m a lobby undergoing a full flooring demo.

We could not stay. They had construction workers every. The TV did not work properly. The noise was terrible from construction. Parking lot was filthy. The room was not clean.

The indoor pool was great for the family. There were lights that didn't work in our room and the bed was not the most comfortable

The room smelled of mold, beds lumpy, And linens in bad condition. There were at least 4 flies in our room upon entering and a brown substance dripping from the ceiling. The indoor pool was crowded .

Hotel lobby reminds me of the house on the Brady Bunch

Just don’t stay here. I was looking for a hotel near Rehoboth for a girl’s weekend that wasn’t astronomically expensive (it was spring and prices start to increase with the warmer weather). I paid $120/night and stayed two nights. When I made the reservation, I thought to myself, “... we’ll just be sleeping there. It can’t be that bad.” It was. The front desk area was clean, but that was about it. The carpets throughout the hotel were gross. There were glade plug-ins in EVERY electrical socket down the halls, garbage in the gardens and (unfortunately) homeless hanging out in the hall or right outside their rooms. The room itself was small and the bathroom TINY. It was clean. However, the TV didn’t work and was never fixed after multiple requests. Don’t stay here.

No complete amenities. Have to go down to the check in counter to ask for what you need. Ice machine is only on the 1st floor. No small place to hang clothes.

Nice place to stay. Close to shopping and restaurants.

It's unfortunate that this place is still in business. The bedroom floor was covered in a sticky film, we took our shoes off and put them right back on until it was time for bed. The whole place smells stale and really needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The shower...just bring shower shoes. We had a walk-in shower, can't speak for any of the tub/shower combos.

First 2 rooms had an ant problem. Third one was fine. Indoor pool was nice.

Filthy floors need shampooed. I spilled a glass of water and soaked it up with a bath towel. What i saw on the towel is a horrifying light brown greasy looking substance. No fan in the bathroom, cant air out your s***. Can't open the window on the other side of the room because they only let you open it 2 inches. TV has a volume regulator on it, cant go up more than half way. No closed captioning on their brilliantly low definition, first flat screen ever made, TV. There were ants on my nightstand. There was a dirty towel left on the hook behind the bathroom door from the previous guest. DURING COVID. When they tell us to bag our linens and towels and place them outaide the room for "contactless service". FAIL.Sauna and whirlpool "temporarily out of service". other reviews from a month ago mentioned the same thing. People still sat in the whirlpool, so dont tell me they closed it for social distancing. Pool is open though. Hot, muggy, un-ventilated indoor oversized bath tub. I didnt dare get in. Other previous reviews mentioned no breakfast. Still true. Maybe its due to covid, but post a sign explainkng it or offer a "grab and go" selection of prepackaged foods, maybe in a paper bag? There were help wanted signs on the lawn when we check out. Seems the staff is just as anxious to flee as we were.

Room smelled pretty bad upon entry and the hotel was pretty gross in general

The room was nice and clean

No breakfast understandably. WiFi not working great.

Great, clean option for accommodations that allow for pets!
