A renovated and decorated One Bedroom ground floor wheelchair accessible apartment,
with access directly off the lobby floor.
This unit specifically built for guests using a wheelchair or scooter provides a
fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom boasting a queen size bed with a new mattress,
a living room with sleep sofa and a separate dining area together with a fully
compliant ADA toilet and shower room equipped with transfer bars.
Due to its ground floor location, this unit does not feature a balcony, however
provides an excellent view of the boardwalk, beach and ocean.
Unit is located off of the lobby near the building entrance doors.
During the off season (Labor Day to Memoria Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units.
2 flat screen wall mounted TV's, a CD player, music system and free Wifi are provided.
City provided free beach wheelchairs together with beach access is provided directly
adjacent to the building.
Parking available in garage off of Brooklyn Street or parking lot off of Laurel Street.

Very clean and comfortable. Wonderfully located right on the beach and within walking distance to our favorite restaurants. Bike storage is in the garage; there is a pool but we did not use it. Would definitely stay here again, especially in the off season. Because this unit is located off of the lobby, it can be noisy but we weren't too bothered. Thanks!

On The Boardwalk

Overall, the place was good. The boardwalk is right out the front door. Only complaint is that there is a door in the bedroom that goes to the lobby/rear entrance of building. It would be less noisy in the bedroom if that door was blocked off or closed up.
