OVERVIEW: This Rehoboth Beach Retreat is a spacious and beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom, ground-level condo on the oceanside or East Side of Rt.1, convenient to the town of Rehoboth and the tax-free Tanger Outlets. The condo offers tranquility and quiet while being close enough to town to walk or bike to the nightlife, restaurants, or the beach. The condo is newly constructed and offers modern and up-to-date furnishings.
A gorgeous, airy, clean condo will sleep six comfortably, with a large primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. It is an open concept that is great for entertaining, with SMART TVs in every bedroom and living room, upgraded appliances, an island for additional seating, lovely views from the rear patio, and granite countertops.
LOCATION: The unit is approximately one mile from town and 1.5 miles from the beach. The resort-like grounds offer two pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, a small fitness facility, and walking trails. It is very close to the bike trail that goes to Lewes and continues around to Gordon's Pond, and the condo grounds include bike racks for bike parking.
PARKING: Ample parking throughout the community.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, central AC, ceiling fans, SMART TVs, hardwood flooring, and electronic keypad for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: The community rules require all reservations to be seven nights or longer. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental program to guests.
