We stayed 8/2-8/9. The condo was functional for us. I would ask that the welcome book be updated to include the QR code we were asked to reference and that the cleaning agency arrive before the 3pm check in. They arrived to clean the unit 1 3/4 hours after we checked in.

Rehoboth getaway at the Grand at Canal Point

The condo unit was very clean and very well stocked with all items needed plus a lot of extras! The location is great and walkable to town. We rented bikes, road the trails, went to the pool and enjoyed great beach days, both in Rehoboth (which we did find it was too crowded near the boardwalk) and at Gordons Pond. I highly recommend!

Nice Community

Well maintained, unit has all the conviences while not being cluttered. Cleaning supplies and kitchen appliances were excellent. Very nice community, pool and sport court were lovely. Easy bike ride to restaurants and beach. Revelation Brew Pub and food truck is wonderful. Owners clearly care for thier home. Thanks

Vacation Week

Had a wonderful time. Rental was a bit closer to the Rehoboth Beach area than prior years. For 2 people this rental was all we needed for a great week! Wasn’t used to Apple TV but after this week considering future purchase ourselves.

Wonderful beach house

This property is very well appointed and had everything that we needed for our family vacation. We had an issue with the disposal which was promptly addressed and fixed without any interruption of our trip. Beds were very comfortable and would highly recommend. Only thing would suggest would be a deep clean of the main suite shower.....there is mold developing in the shower tiles....otherwise the place is immaculate!

Overall the experience was good. Need better instructions for how to use the door entry system. Another guest had to show us how because we couldn’t figure it out from instructions provided. They had the same problem the previous year as well they said.

Well worth it

This property had everything we needed for our family. Very large master and good size guest room. The property was very clean, modern and had every amenity we needed. The first level made it easy to get everything we had in quickly. I highly recommend this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderfully decorated condo.

Gorgeous condo with just enough furniture. Loved the little touches such as the toilet tissue was made into a flower. The tissues were pulled up like a flower. The tissue box matched the artwork above it. It had everything we needed. Hope to return soon.

Wonderful well decorated and comfortable condo short bike ride to beach

The property is lovely. The owners have decorated it nicely and equipped it with everything one might need for a week away. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped and the place was clean and comfortable. We would love to come back.

Great place…

Overall great place to stay for 4 adults. Would be a little tight with 6 adults. It had everything you could want and decorated very nice. My only complaint was cleanliness. We cleaned the bathrooms and floors ourselves. I do not blame the owners. We have rented several places in rehoboth and all seem to have the same issue. We just expect to do a quick once over when we check in!

This property is clean and beautiful. We have been coming to Rehoboth for 9 years, and this was one of our favorite and most comfortable stays yet. We had the best time! Can’t wait until next year :)

Great condo in convenient location

We loved our stay -- the property owners did a great job of stocking everyday items (spices, paper products, detergent, hand soap, shampoo) which prevented us from having to run out immediately to the store. It was an easy drive to the beach, Boardwalk and outlets. We hope to return.
