Everyone very friendly. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. We were there five nights and our visit was enjoyable at this Quality Inn. Would come back here again and use the facilities.

The hotel was "OK" for being close to the beach and a quiet place to sleep. The biggest issue, however, was the staff. There was one particular front desk representative that was extremely rude. Refusing to allow us to place a bottle of water on the room for our toddler until we showed ID was ridiculous. Especially after seeing me come from the elevator. Having to call my husband to get his "permission" as the owner of the credit card on the room was absolutely ridiculous. The other staff was cordial. However, one person pretty much ruined our stay.

The lady (Terri) at the front desk is flat out rude. This is a HOSPITALITY industry not a compliance industry. If I want to charge a soda to a room and I'm paying $2K for a stay, don't force me through hoops to get it to my room. I would think the hotel could absorb a $3 loss if a person discharges to a room. She made the stay inhospitable.

It was disgusting and dirty. I had ants in my room and needed to switch rooms which still had ants. We did not have house keeping services. Hotel is just very outdated and not clean. Very disappointed.

Check in was significantly delayed due to a shortage of workers. The line was out the door and took almost an hour (at 5 pm). The staff allowed other customers to "budge" and it was chaotic. Room was not ready after waiting an hour in line due to shortages in housekeeping. We needed to wait another hour. Suite only had 2 towels (no one available to do laundry) and there was not toiletries. Staff was polite and kind but overwhelmed.

The afternoon agent (Meri) was not very friendly. When asked a question, it seemed like we were bothering her. It was mentioned to the manager.

It was fine in general, just more cleaning is needed in the common areas.

My room wasn’t ready due to the entire house keeping staff walking out of the job.

Nice indoor pool and a go location for and of the local beaches or state parks, we'll go back.

The front desk check in person Jamie was very friendly and set a great positive tone for are experience. The hotel is undergoing renovation witch did not impact the gusts at all. The room was very clean and spacious. I really appreciate that they are trying to go green. I felt like I was at home. It was a great to use a pool in February the breakfast was great and fresh. YES I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

As soon asI got in the lobby, notice that smell good, staff was friedy. Check in was fast. The room was spacious. And clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Was very cleanly, hallways, rooms, lobby and pool. Breakfast is sort of your standard mass produced breakfast, but for the price, it’s pretty good.
