I usually never have a problem, this used to be one of my favorite places to stay until today. Until today when the manager called me during my work day, to accuse me of having more than just my son and I in the hotel room, accused me of smoking when I don’t smoke cigarettes (I vape outside only) and refused me a downstairs, handicapped room. I was able to get a handicapped room the stay after this one (one that’s poorly rated) but with the phone call from KATHY today, I think I’ll be looking for other places to spend my money on instead of this place from now on. KATHY was very nasty, rude and lacked any and all customer service skills when I spoke to her today. I love this hotel and staying here, not worth the manager calling with some superiority complex though.

The staff was fine. The rooms are old but the space is good. The only problem we had was the the kitchen sink was not clean and the bathroom was questionably clean. The property is fine.

Employees were helpful for the conditions i had tk complain about. But imagine going to a room, no shower curtain, phone doesnt work to call front desk to complain, then you notice the sheets were never changed and 80% of the room was clearly not cleaned between guests. Blood stains on sheet soaked through to mattress. So very clearly NOT changed after last guest! Dirty floors. Sticky. Got refund for the first night but had to pay full price for 2nd night even though my girlfriend literally had to clean the whole room herself just to comfortably get through our 2nd night stay... Continental breakfast was basic. No eggs at this one.

The room condition was horrible. It looked like it hadn't been refreshed since the 1980's. The carpets were peeling off the floor. The wallpaper and paint was peeling. The door to the BR had damage where it looked like somebody kicked it. The bathtub was horribly soiled. The cleaning staff tries to make things look better, but they can't help it. I realize it's a relatively inexpensive hotel, but really? It was so bad, we left early.

Water damage in the bathroom has gone unrepaired. The moisture is now allowing mildew and mold to grow within the damage and nothing is done about it. Sink parts missing. When all lights are on, it is clear that parts of the room/bath have not been cleaned in ages. Could not open the sliding glass door. Pillows are terrible - bring your own. TV is awful, no guide, sound/picture not synced, terrible channel choices. Sorry, it just isn't good. Front desk guy was very nice.

The Rodeway Inn is disgusting.

From check in to check out. The experience was horrible. Front desk was not friendly or knowledgeable. Room was disgustingly dirty. Walls, carpet, bathroom, windows seemed like they haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in decades. The AC didn’t work. See photos. This place needs a major overhaul.

When we entered our room there was a hole in the wall. We then discovered the bathroom door was broken, the sliding door was broken, and the smoke alarm was gone. After getting past that because it was so late, I got up the next AM to shower and I had to pull the moldy shower curtain off of the bathtub and clean the bathroom in order to shower. I reported it to the desk and they said they would make maintenance aware. Bed and sheets were clean, pool was clean, and staff were kind.
