No beach view, no opportunity to upgrade. Only proximity to the boardwalk. Overpriced. Broken tv. Tiny tv in bedroom. Mattresses were uncomfortable and small. Repair person did replace the tv the next morning but we went a $240 night without one. Cleaning staff did service in between nights which can be uncommon these days. That was appreciated. The room was dark and dimly lit with a tiny window and low ceilings.

Please don't make me leave a review. Sigh - the Hotel was okay - we found something on the bath floor when we checked in so downgraded cleanliness. Overall, room was a pleasant surprise with the separate sitting area from BR with a pocked door between the two rooms.

We had a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool was fantastic. Unfortunately the room was filthy, I had the largest roach I’ve ever seen in my bathroom, the two queen beds are actual full size and the pillows are more like couch cushion inserts. You’re paying for the view alone. Front desk staff don’t seem to care about anything. One younger guy was sleeping when I checked in. This place is in major need of a management and cosmetic overhaul. It’s a shame.

The GPS directions take you to a different block - when ask the front desk about it they said yeah - we know - you have to put in the street address - this has been the case for two years but they haven't updated the directions on the webste. Despite the cleaning staffs' best effort the building is worn and tired - a fresh coat of paint might help. The water pressure in the shower barely removed my cream rinse - the coffee pot did not work. Totally over priced - I would not stay there again.

We go here every year for a girls trip & our stay is always great. The front desk staff are always friendly & efficient. Anything we request whether it be blankets or a problem with the remote control, someone is there within minutes to accommodate us. The place is always spotless. Can’t wait to go back next year.

We liked the location of the property. The restaurants are okay, nothing super spectacular there. On the second night of our stay there was noise coming from the tiki bar area below while it was closed. The noise was keeping us awake so my daughter and I decided to explore the situation. There were a group of people who were in The Tiki Bar after hours even though they were not supposed to be. I called the front desk four times between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. although staff was friendly ultimately nothing was done about the noise. It rwas a black mark on our final night stay getting no sleep. I contacted the manager who had been on vaccation during our stay. It's almost 3 weeks later and we are still playing phone tag. I was able to receive a few voice messages from the manager who told me that he basically talked to the employees and they determined that the noise was coming from the boardwalk. This was totally not true and not what we experienced. The manager did call me again and leave an email but for some reason I'm getting a message saying their server won't receive my emaisl so I have not been able to have an actual conversation with the manager from this hotel. I also contacted another manager from this hotel and left a voicemail for him but he never returned my phone call. When I call the front desk at this hotel it seems like the manager is always out so I can't get a hold of anyone. It was a disappointment, I feel discarded.

Lack of upkeep to an older property.

Attended a group gathering with friends, September 2025. Hotel has seen better days with peeling paint and some threadbare carpeting. In our room, the tissue paper holder was broken and couldn't be used. Insufficient parking - one evening we had to park on the street after finding nothing in the lot. Room was otherwise OK and a decent size. For the price, there are better options.
