The property is truly exceptional, boasting stunning features and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, doing their best to ensure a pleasant stay. However, I found the bed slightly less comfortable than the Hilton brand, which was a minor drawback in an otherwise delightful experience.

The Sands, like other hotels, took a serious hit in the pandemic, and complete recovery will take years. Upgrading and some maintenance had to be deferred. So in some aspects (like carpets) you may notice things that need to be renewed. But the delights of a 3rd floor, ocean-front room more than compensated for any flaws. The hotel was quiet, the staff courteous and helpful, and all the equipment in the room worked. If they had offered a continental breakfast or even coffee in the lobby I would give it five stars.

Our stay at Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center was nothing short of awful, especially given the money we spent. Room Condition: The room was outdated, with yellow stains on the bathroom wall behind the toilet and rust on the shower ceiling. The fridge was so loud it kept us awake, and the toilet made gurgling noises throughout the night. Noise Issues: Despite the hotel being nearly empty, we were placed directly above a wedding reception in the restaurant. The noise from below was unbearable and kept us up so we could not sleep. Poor Service: When we approached the reception staff about our concerns, they were unhelpful and did nothing to really address the issues. Considering the poor room conditions, disruptive noise, and lack of support from the staff, I feel our money was wasted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I actually liked everything about this property. We went in mid March so it wasn’t crowded. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The area is magnificent although a lit of things were not open and clos3d for season mucch was open and welcoming.

I think front desk people should be more friendly, I didn't feel welcomed. Im selecting 5 stars for staff & service, because I meet 2 employees in the elevator that were super kind and friendly.

Great location. Didn’t like the way the property treats those booking via Expedia. Rooms are run down , and the room they allocated for Expedia bookings were right above the restaurant that had events and the music literally thumps the floor and loud in tie the ground level room .

There was construction going on next door, which was unsightly, but other than that, it's a nice property, right on the beach. There are lots of dining options in walking distance, and the people are super friendly. The rooms themselves are nothing special--kind of an ordinary motel/hotel room--but the location is awesome.

Stayed here a few times and never disappointed. Very friendly staff, right by the boardwalk. Many restaurants in walking distance. We love it so much. Will continue booking with Atlantic Sand.
