We enjoyed our stay at Beach View, it is in such a great location to the boardwalk, Penny Lane and local businesses/restaurants. Staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The free breakfast was awesome along with their baked cookies at nigh time! The only thing I would like to see improve are their mattresses (not comfortable) and cleanliness of the pool. I would stay here again.

Third floor, double queen, ocean view, first week of October: The good: - Location was fabulous - Clean, cute room. - Friendly staff, good breakfasts. - Decent view of the ocean and downtown skyline. - Even though a little worn, appreciated the coin-operated washer/dryer on site. The bad: - Bathroom needed work. Toilet seat was wood, the paint was partially scrubbed off. Shower nozzle was not secure. The caulk line was broken, and the first time I turned it on, the nozzle and shower head moved in the wall. I could also slide it out of the wall forward some. After that, I was careful. The bathroom is tiny! - Balconies face north, which may be good in the summer heat, but in cooler weather, not so inviting. All I wanted was to be able to sit on the balcony in the morning and drink a cup of coffee. On Monday morning, starting at 6:30am, there were 3 rounds of garbage/recycling trucks on the street, and then various delivery/service trucks until 9am! Very noisy, with the back up beeping, etc. I stayed 3 days and found the balcony unenjoyable at any time I tried to use it. I'm surprised not many reviews mention the level of noise on that street. - Poor WiFi. My whole stay, the TV program load time was painful, as was trying to do anything on my laptop. The quality got worse as more people came in. By my third night, neither the TV or my laptop would function. The TV kept freezing and my browsers just refused to load anything. I stopped trying at 7pm. Will not return.

Fun weekend in Rehoboth Beach. Hotel is pleasant and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool is small but Beach is just a short walk away.

Excellent location, minutes to the beach. Great rooms but the view is so so. You almost don't see the ocean even from an ocean view room. Very friendly staff but the lobby is closed till 8:30AM so that's the earliest you can get your breakfast.

On Orbitz the description said it was beach front. And the room was supposed to be beach front but it wasn’t at all. Just barely a peek of the ocean. Room was on the street side and soooo noisy couldn’t sleep. Then noise started again at 6 am. Be careful about choosing this place if you want beach front!!!

While there were a few items I also believe we can work on and improve I am happy to read that parts of your stay with us were enjoyable. Unfortunately, we are unable to do much about the truck noise on the street. However, we are looking into replacing the sliding glass doors with thicker glass to help reduce the noise inside the room. I am aware of the WiFi connectivity issues and am already working with our IT contractor on an overhaul of our WiFi so that it works better and faster. This is always important for guests, and even more now that many people are working remotely. I apologize that you were unable to connect better. It is good to read that you found the room clean and that you enjoyed your interactions with the staff. We have already begun working on the bathroom issues you mentioned.
