Love this hotel. Perfect location boardwalk not far and lots of restaurants in area no need to drive. Beds comfy, staff are awesome. Love the chocolate chip cookies in the evenings. This is our go to hotel when in the area. The breakfast included with lots of choices and varies each morning.

The property could not be beat for value, cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast every morning was spot on. The wine and cheese at night was fantastic and warm cookies before bed was an awesome way to finish a relaxing day. Pros: very clean, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast included, side view of the ocean from 3rd floor balcony room, beach chairs to use for guests. Cons: only one, I’m a light sleeper and the trash truck came down the street at 5:45 AM and woke me up and was VERY noisy and it seemed like it took forever to empty every little trash can. I’m glad they do this because it keeps the area clean but if you’re a light sleeper consider a room away from the street.
