Bonus: 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit will be supplied for street parking as the main house has access to the driveway. If you need more space, why not rent the front house, 101A New Castle, or the house right next door, 507 King Charles Avenue. The garage is used for owner storage only. No Pets or Smoking please. Guest pays an $95 cleaning fee when staying less than 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
