Luxury and Relaxation

From the moment we walked through the front doors, we knew this hotel was something special. They are welcoming, it smells amazing, everything is clean and feels luxurious. There are several appealing amenities like a hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, free breakfast, free wine and cheese daily, and free cookies and milk at night. There is also a spa located at the hotel. My husband and I used the gym, which has a good amount of equipment in there as well. We are definitely coming back here over and over again.

This is the BEST hotel in Rehoboth. It is beautiful with lots of cozy areas to sit. The room with the fireplace is so nice, especially since we went in January. Michael at the front desk, was wonderful. Everyone is so friendly. The room was very comfortable. 5 stars!

Perfect place for getaway.

Stayed for a long weekend get-away and the Avenue just blew us away! The room was very nice and very comfortable; holiday decor in the lobby and on each floor made it all so cozy and beautiful. We walked everywhere - so close to restaurants and stores. Loved the bedtime milk and cookies! Friendly staff also. Just perfect! Will be back for sure.

I stayed for 3 days to get away from work and relax. The Avenue perfectly fit my needs. A warm inviting place to stay, a nice area to a walk around (even in winter), plenty of goo restaurants within a quarter mile radius, nice and very clean room. Lots of features and special services that made it a very good stay.

We love the Avenue Inn. Relaxing with a home vibe. Courteous and friendly staff and great amenities. Chilean woman at breakfast buffet is so friendly and is on top of everything, John at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Brian at the front desk is always smiling and welcoming. Eloisa in housekeeping is thorough and each time we have stayed here, our room was so well cleaned and inviting. I dont know if the Avenue Inn is aware of all of the great employees they are blessed with....not to mention....the whole place smells amazing!

Nice hotel only a block from the beach

Always a pleasure staying at The Avenue Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. The amenities, including free hot breakfast, cookies in the lobby at 8 pm, and ample parking in the basement garage are great to have.
