The house is equipped with 5 bedrooms, including 3 that are ensuite and wired with smart TV, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with custom designer furniture including Italian marble dining table ,and a large granite center island, wine cooler, relaxing screened porch, grill, finished basement with pool table and dart board, two laundry's, off street parking for 2 cars and 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits for use. Pool openings are not guaranteed in the off season, please confirm with your agent.

Rehoboth beach is a special location with wonderful restaurants, guarded beaches in the summer, many shopping choices, and a one mile boardwalk to enjoy! Make this property your next travel destination!

The house was beautiful, spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our time in the house with our family.One minor complaint was a shortage of pots in the kitchen. A major concern was the grill. It was inadequate for the size of the house and of inferior quality.However we would stay there again.

Rehoboth Beach Oasis

Located a few blocks from the beach and just steps from the main street of Rehoboth which is packed with shops and restaurants, this was a wonderful location. The house was pristine and ultra-modern (a plus for me, as an architect). Checking in and out was seamless and the house perfectly accommodated our group. We especially loved the outdoor pool and the indoor pool table. Highly recommend.
