Outstanding beach town motel with pool - essentially right on the edge of the concentration of a plethora of shops and restaurants and bars, and it’s an easy 7 minute walk to beach. Very clean, comfortable, convenient rooms and staff was very friendly. Although it was offseason (week before Memorial Day), the price for the two night stay was an incredible value.

I highly recommend Oceanus. It is so conveniently located to attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious with a good size fridge. It has a lovely pool. The coffee (available in the lobby, not in the rooms) was always fresh and delicious. And, the staff were SO nice!!

This is our 3rd stay at Oceanas. The Hotel and staff are amazing for the price. I am an InnKeeper of a high end Bed and Breakfast and when I am at the Ocean, I am at the Ocean and boardwalk. The rooms are basic and provide all that you need. The hotel is extremely close to everything and the room was spotless and everything was fresh. We will be back.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was cheerful and very helpful. The only thing missing for me was in room coffee maker. I’m very fussy about coffee, and the 24 hour coffee service in the office wasn’t that great. But the abundance of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance made up for it.

First time at Oceanus Motel, but won't be the last

Affordable pricing for a very convenient location, right by the main street - easily walkable to both the beach and the boardwalk. Room was very clean, with a microwave and mini fridge, and beds were comfty, with a great working air conditioner. Very nice and clean pool. Housekeeping was very nice. Front desk was friendly and helpful, and they offer free coffee all day.

Very clean, spacious and quiet. The drawer back was we were on the third floor and they had no elevator, but the steps was very spacious that it was easy to carry your belongings upstairs. Just don’t bring a lot of belongings that you have to carry.

The room was very bright and clean and did not have carpet, which I love. Our room came with a guaranteed parking spot which takes the stress off when driving in. I like that they used Hawaiian Tropics brand toiletries- smelled great. The fridge in our room also had a FREEZER on top which is great for freezing our ice packs for the beach cooler bags. The staff was very helpful. The motel has no elevators, but I told the staff I was traveling with mobility equipment and they were able to arrange a 1st floor. There is always someone in the front office 24 hours. The motel is very close to the beach- you cannot beat the location. There is no continental breakfast because it's a motel, but they do have coffee and tea available all the time. The pool area was very nice, with nice furniture and even floaties to use! But I do wish they did not allow people to put towels/bags on chairs/tables and leave for almost the entire day, and not let anyone else use the chairs. I wish after 2 hours staff would have moved their stuff because you shouldn't "claim" a chair/table and leave that long. At bigger hotels the staff will move it, but it's a smaller motel. Other than that annoyance, I am glad we stayed here. I would highly recommend it. I plan on booking again in the future!

Can confirm all of the other positive reviews - this was an excellent place to stay. Location is excellent - almost right on the main boulevard, and a very short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. It's true there is no elevator though.
