I have stayed at the Breakers several times. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the beach shuttle and our 2 drivers were super friendly. The room is average for a beach hotel but I found it to be very clean. The lobby is also very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is mostly processed food- and the coffee could be better. The breakfast room is very bright with lots of windows and several flat screens and with plenty of tables. The one recommendation I have to the management besides better coffee is to supply larger or more body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We had 4 people in our room and 1 of each was not enough after a day at the beach. The front desk staff was very friendly and happily supplied us with more when we asked. The location of this property is great—about 10 min walk to the beach and 1 block over from Rehoboth Avenue. We will stay here again when we return to Rehoboth.

We love this hotel and its location. So sad that they took the hot breakfast away. One of the main reasons we booked here. Other hotels in the area are similar priced and do have hot breakfast. Unfortunately we will be looking to book those places.

Despite the resort fee and name, this is not at all a resort. It is an aging concrete motel from before Rehoboth was cool. That said, sheets were clean, window unit wasn't too too noisy and you are literally in the midst of Rehoboth. Easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to the outlets. The staff are super sweet. I'd have been perfectly satisfied if the property had just said "motel in Rehoboth!!"

The television was outdated and average resolution. The bathrooms were outdated and far too small. Furniture also was a bit ordinary. But the staff was excellent.
