Cozy Cape Cod Comfort. This lovely 2 bedroom, bath and a half cottage located in the heart of Dennisport. The open concept living room expands out onto the porch with large glass windows and a vaulted ceiling. Just a short walk (less than 500 feet) to Sea Street beach.

Relax on the front deck with a cold drink or walk up to the beach to see the sunset over Nantucket Sound. Window air conditioning provided in each bedroom, and washer/dryer. Home offers dishwasher, 2 high definition TVs, WiFi and cable TV . Other amenities include a gas grill, patio table and chairs, chaise lounges and enclosed outside shower.

Special Note: Please know gas fireplace is not for tenant use.

Summer Holiday

Very charming cottage with outdoor shower. Very close to the beach which is so important with small kids. We took a couple of walks in the evening for nearby dinner and desserts. Great place to stay when you want to getaway.Not the owner's fault, but rowdy crowds walking the street repeatedly on the 4th of July. Police presence late into the night.

The property manager was extremely helpful and communication was spot on. The cottage was PERFECT. Great location, super clean. The owners thought of everything!! We definitely want to rent again. :)

Perfect Property!

This cottage was the perfect respite for our traditional girls getaway. From the layout, decor, and updates inside, to the decking, yard and seating outside, and, of course, the proximity to the beach, it was PERFECT for us. Thank you!
