Our flight was delayed coming from New York so we didn’t get to hotel until almost midnight; when I walked in to check in the manager was smiling and stated my name, I said yes that’s me and he smiled and said he had been waiting for me. It was a very nice gesture that he knew we were coming and had manned his post until we arrived. The continental breakfast is very good with several hot foods and waffle maker and pool is nice and hot tub is great looking over ocean. Easy beach access and tables on deck overlooking beach for morning coffee or night cap. The walk to Main Street (for bike week) is about 10 minutes but goes fast. I would definitely stay there again.

Loud guest staying were loud non stop starting at 9pm(walking outsides and yelling and running back and forth). Called guest services, guest services kept giving them chance after chance till finally kicking them out after 4am. Should have been gone after the second chance.

Suspect a few people live there & are constantly outside rooms smoking weed & talking loudly on phones.. breakfast was great Served a purpose for us for a quick stopover… Beachfront location was amazing!!

The gentleman that waited on me when i checked in was the best ever. He was so busy but yet he was calm and just as nice as he could be. My room was on the first floor but i really wanted upstairs and i hated to go back and bother him but with a smile he changed my room to upstairs. That is one of the reasons this is always my go to hotel in daytona beach. I never stay anywhere else when im in daytona.

I did not get breakfast. The room was very clean and we did not use the Ac too much. I would improve the sliding doors with a screen and clean the tracks. The mattress was too soft for me and the water pressure was low. We loved the ocean front room. Your property allows dogs but their is no area for them to use
