The hotel was clean and nice. The only thing was the AC was leaving a smell when we left it on. But other than that. Check in and check out was super easy! The people that work there are super nice! It was a great time!

The staff was definitely excellent with their customer service. The lobby is updated and nice. Love the pool and being on the beach. The rooms are a little out dated and pull out couch is old ams could be cleaned better. Also housekeepers need to double check once finished with bed making that there hair isn't left on top covering.

Toilet didn’t work in the room. I asked for a different room but they said they couldn’t change us rooms, they would just need to send maintenance up to fix it. It took nearly an hour which cut into our plans a bit. The hotel was absolutely not sold out. Why not get us a different room? The shower pressure was almost non existent. At breakfast the following day, the employee or maybe owner was asking a couple people eating breakfast if they actually stayed at the hotel. Which is very strange.

Our frig in the room wasnt working upon arrival. Next day we got a new one but it didnt seem to keep things cold, nor freezer items frozen. The toilet was lose and moved everytime you went. Easy access to beach and pool were about the nicest things.

The hotel rooms are a good size and the beds are clean but on tv didn’t work the bathrooms are super outdated and the baseboards with dirty. Very low water pressure and the sink was clogging. Room service people look like thieves and the pool was beautiful but there was a spot where my kids kept falling because of algae because they weren’t cleaning that area. The views are beautiful and the guest are friendly. Wouldn’t rent again due to bathrooms and a lot of homeless in the area,

Great location OK hotel.

The location is fabulous and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was not that great and they were out of a lot of stuff. We brought a pet and the pet area is very small not enough space to walk them. Is easy to trip and fall in that space also. Room was spacious.
