Hot tub and pool on the beach was nice to have. The view from my room was excellent. Staff was nice. Had to run the hot water in the shower for 15 mins before getting any. Hotel could use some upgrades but I would stay again.

The room was fine…everything was clean. Eddy at the front desk was very nice. I was early and the room was not ready but he reached out to me by phone as soon as it was. This was my 3rd time staying here. The first two times I had a balcony on the upper floors overlooking the pool. This time I had a balcony on the 2nd floor overlooking the hot tub. HIGHLY recommend not staying in these low units above the hot tub. You will have zero privacy on the balcony. As a matter of fact I did not even use the balcony on this trip. I tried to use it in the morning to see the sunrise and there was already a father and son in the hot tub. The other problem I had was that there didn’t seem to be any enforcement of the smoke free property policy. There was a group of 6-8 people in the hot tub/hot tub area all afternoon smoking and drinking. One of their kids was even eating a bag a chips in the hot tub at one point. In all fairness I did not complain to the front desk so I do not know if they would have addressed the problem. After this experience, I may look elsewhere if I’m in town again.

the one star is for the polite Jamaican gentleman that works there that was very helpful. I would not recommend. There are plenty more hotels to stay at in the area. The rooms are moldy smelling and the place is unsafe.
