Perry's is always a nice relaxed atmosphere. I have gone for Many Years! However, this trip, I was disappointed in the Tiki Bar and the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great!

The front beach cottage has the best views of the water in Daytona. Loved the umbrella covered table and chairs. Great grounds for a dog. Cottage was clean. Comfy bed. Had no hot water and staff lit the pilot light promptly. We will definitely book the front cottage again.

We enjoy Perry Resort because of the indoor pool and the two outdoor pools. Also it has a wonderful Tiki Bar. Everyone there is very friendly This trip Up the desk was Tony and Mary both very friends and informative. Our room was the kids Suite this time for myself my husband and two of our grandchildren plenty of room even had a little kitchenette balcony view excellent. Actually it was pretty empty which I'm surprised cuz normally it was very very busy but all in all great trip wonderful memories

We had a city view room that was actually pretty quiet. It was tastefully remodeled, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff kept on touch via text and was very helpful and professional. The bartender at the beachside bar was quick and friendly.

Amazing! It's a beach hotel with great amenities. We had an ocean front floor room and it was perfect. Close to everything, the indoor pool is awesome and the biggest jacuzzi i've seen. The manager at the front desk was wonderful he helped me get a different room to accomodate my pup better. I will 100% stay here again.

This was our second stay at Perry’s. Our first stay in Feb of ‘25 we didn’t have heat in our room. This time, we had the worst stay of our lives. We stayed in room G34 (I’d HIGHLY avoid G34) where we couldn’t fall asleep due to the noise of grease traps being pumped at the IHOP at 10:30pm and then a leaf blower cleaning the lot at Anytime Fitness at 2am for over an hour. I get that Perry’s can’t control the outside noise; however with a restless night I’d thought I’d atleast enjoy a hot shower in the morning to wake up. That feeling was short lived, as my wife got into the shower and realized the hot water did not work in our room. From the first stay where our room did not get above 65° with a broken heater, to this stay with not giving us hot water to take a shower, I would HIGHLY recommend NOT staying at this hotel. The staff is nice enough to acknowledge the issues; however, the issues do not discard that fact that we’ve been cheated twice from this experience. We would not recommend ever coming to Perry’s as issues with rooms seem to be reoccurring. By the way…the doughnuts are bomb…props to the chef who makes them in the morning.
