Very helpful staff. Gorgeous beach location. Donuts were yummy. Unfortunately we were right next to the elevator which was horrible for our stay but still I’d recommend the property and we will likely be back but will definitely request a room away from the constant dinging of the elevator and carts being put away.

While the hotel is an older establishment, it is very well maintained. Very clean,with very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Pool area was also very clean and well maintained. Definitely would return to Perrys.

Cute hotel with lots to do. We enjoyed corn hole, drinks, and a beautiful ocean view. The staff was so nice and welcoming. One receptionist saved the day when my daughter needed an extra hair tie for her cheer competition and the receptionist found one for her. Very impressed with how nice and polite they were.

After an unfortunate experience elsewhere, Perry’s was a nice haven for me to land in. Great service, kind people, and a serene atmosphere. The cottage was private and so comfortable. Whenever I find myself in Daytona, I’ll surely come straight back!

Stay here every year for the Rolex. People are friendly. Parking can be confusing, but it has the indoor pool. We tried to connect fire stick so we could stream overnight events, but their WiFi would not allow it to connect. I could use it with my hotspot. I don’t think this is policy, but an error in their router setup. Desk was VERY helpful trying to resolve, but this takes a special set of skills.

My view was the ocean. My door opened to the ocean and the outside pools was also a short distance to the door to the indoor garden pool. The staff was beyond helpful, kind, and caring. Free Home made donuts from 7/10AM. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future!!! Book!! You won’t regret it!

No support at all! No need to call ahead like I did , because they won't honor what they tell you. They refused check in because of no credit card. Reservations in daughter's name and already paid for. ( Remember I called before booking). Leaving her and her twelve year old daughter out in 35 temperatures! She offered to pay a cash deposit and they refused. There was nothing they can do. Had to cancel the reservation and still pay for one night! This came directly from the manager. Paying for 1 night was bad enough, but nothing compared to the stress that it put on the family and especially her daughter. Trying to find a room, no family near, 12 year old scared 😫 and in tears. Competitions and activities going on everwhere. Room taking hours to find. Definitely LACKING friendly and caring management.
