Very helpful staff. Gorgeous beach location. Donuts were yummy. Unfortunately we were right next to the elevator which was horrible for our stay but still I’d recommend the property and we will likely be back but will definitely request a room away from the constant dinging of the elevator and carts being put away.

While the hotel is an older establishment, it is very well maintained. Very clean,with very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Pool area was also very clean and well maintained. Definitely would return to Perrys.

We arrived late evening to the hotel and were extremely disappointed if we weren’t so exhausted we would’ve left and found another property. A room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty in the building. Had to be 100 years old. It wasn’t until we woke up the next morning and did a tour of the property that we found out that they just put us in the worst part of the property. The grounds are lovely. The other areas of the hotel were lovely. Just ours was a dump.

Very cute place. The a/c, heater was not working but it was perfect weather and we did not need either one. I let them know at checkout and they were very apologetic and said they would have it looked at immediately. Very very cute place to stay.

The hotel is pretty awesome .. Mary and Michelle at front desk were absolutely amazing.. we came for one night for bike week and it was very nice and really good location .. the room was stunning with a kitchenette and huge balcony .. ocean view stunning

The room and pool areas were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have changed was the temperature of the heated indoor pool. It was y oo cold to swim in!

The room was very dirty, bathroom stunk like dog piss, the pool inside was gross full of hair, the jacuzzi had lots of floating on the top among trash. I had a small 6lbs dog and was charge $112.50 when Expedia said it was only $50 when I got there. The donuts were nasty and looked horrible. The juice was water juice- more water than juice. The view was nice though and the bar was nice- the outside pools were clean,
