Overall positive experience & great in-room amenities. Our room heating was broken since it is an older building, but they moved us. If you have one of the Gold Lounge rooms, be aware that it has limited hours based on occupancy for that day and we weren’t able to get breakfast at 9:30 am, or lunch at noon another day so that was disappointing. The cider at the front desk was wonderful!

The room was spotless the staff was very friendly we had a couple of issues one heater was not working but we called and they came to fix it right away, 2 the bathtub was not draining properly but my husband fixed it being that he is in construction remodeling he cleaned out the drain by removing lots of hair which was making it no drain other than that all was great!we look forward staying at Fairmont when visiting Dallas on our next trip! Thank you!

The property is tired looking. Definitely in need of an upgrade. $56 a night for parking is ridiculous!!! The staff was very helpful. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Based on the condition the property I would not stay there again. Particularly because of the parking.

Check in was fantastic, and we were greeted by the most welcoming employee. The room was clean, the sheets were soft, and the pillows were amazing. We did hear a little noise from the street, but nothing that kept us up. There were plenty of restaurants and bars around to walk to.

The hotel was classic, clean, warm and inviting, and the Christmas trees and mailbox for Santa were very festive. The valet staff was attentive and polite, as were the front desk staff. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room (King Suite) was excellent and comfortable. We will definitely visit the Fairmont Dallas again. Thanks for everything!
