It was a very nice property, the staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. But the walls are so thin you can hear the people in other rooms and in the halls. I was woken up in 1 night about 4 different times. And it was very hard to sleep because how loud people are. Other than that nice hotel!

The overall experience was great staying at La Quinta Inn & Suite by Wyndham Dallas

The property and room ok, but the lack of parking was not user friendly

No parking elevators suck windows are all dinghy and dirty the entire hotel should be a hazard to anyone who goes and stays there

That is was within walking distance to the convention center and restaurants.

Great.. good service and location...Friendly staff..

When we first walked in I was disappointed in the condition and size and cleanliness of hotel. It was also disturbing as we first walked in the valet parking employee was smoking at the entrance. I dismissed it all and said it’s fine we are just here to sleep but that did not happen either. The walls are paper thin and you can hear noise from other rooms loud and clear. Baby crying, people walking/talking, police outside, doors shutting throughout the entire night. The room was so small that my husband and I had to take turns walking around the bed. Not joking and I’m not a picky person that finds things to get upset about. I informed the staff requested a refund for next night and got out of there.

It looks old and empty,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

It is an older hotel that has been updated. The room was comfortable and neat but a bit small if you require room to spread out or if two were occupying it. A plus was a small fridge and microwave in the room. Minuses were that it has no self-parking. The car parking valet was good and the people staffing that were good/helpful. No real cab stand or way to hail a cab. Check in and “front desk” left something to be desired on my stay. During a peak time when a big convention is in town one person ‘handling’ it seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere. Could use customer service training...

The staff were really nice. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast that had a good variety and food was hot. The hotel is super close to the Kennedy museum and Reunion tower. However, our bathroom door was a barn door that was off it's track, so we had to pick it up a little to get it back on track so it would stay closed. And it's a barn door on a bathroom that's not tight on the wall. So not a lot of privacy there.

All was very good. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Close to the train station and everything else is at walking distance. Good view

Elevator doesn’t stop fully at floor, so there’s a gap when you step out. Excessive stains on carpets. Breakfast was excellent! And, staff was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

Did not like how the valet guy lied to us and told us to leave our hazards on at the front because there wasn’t any open parking spots at the garage that it would be 30mins till we could get a spot and that the manager was on his way to the hotel to help he told us we could go upstairs to our room and we could call downstairs to see if a spot was open in 30mins we called multiple times and no one would answer so my friend ended up going downstairs and seeing the receptionist talking to the valet guy ignoring our calls!!! valet guy said there wasn’t a spot to park to drive around and look for a spot on the street! Why couldn’t he have just said that in the beginning instead of making us leave the car upfront for almost an hour! Never going back to this hotel such unfriendly staff who just waste our time and made us late to our concert.

Beautiful building, good breakfast, super friendly staff. Only down fall is expensive valet and small rooms

The efrog service was great! Overall, it was a good stay. The bathroom needs more hooks to hang towels/clothes and the shower needs a shelf to place items. I had to put my shampoo, conditioner, razor, etc...on the floor.
