Nice hotel, convenient location, plus a heated pool!

The room was quiet. Staff was nice. Bed’s conformtable.

The bathroom had pubic hair from the previous guest, then more hair the next two days from housekeeping. The tub was either not cleaned or poorly cleaned. The counters in the bathroom were not wiped down. We complained to the front desk three times with no improvement. On our first day despite a large conference crowd only one elevator was working and it wasn’t working properly; it was stopping and starting on its own and when we complained the front desk said they would work on it. Next the second elevator began acting up and it took us 15 minutes to simply go down 10 floors! On check in, there were no baggage carts available and no bellmen and the front desk made to offer to find a cart, stating that they were all gone. On the second day in pouring rain, we asked the front desk for an umbrella and they said they had none. The room wasn’t clean, the staff was indifferent and we will never stay there again!

Too noisy. The costumer service didn’t even care. That was my worst experience ever

The hotel itself is a really nice, the only downside is the pillows are horrible. My bed came with your and even all stacked together It didnt equal a supportive pillow. Other then that my stay was rather uneventful.

We were in a handicap room although we are not. The bathroom should be re-designed, the bed is too high, we wonder how the handicap people get on that bed

The hotel was great Two Step Up Front was helpful explained everything the warrior was nice well maintained even though I had to had construction on the pool going on still couldn't hear it rooms were great I would definitely stay there again

Spent the week of Thanksgiving Holiday at the Hyatt North. It was practically empty but the staff and hotel services were available. It felt like a Hallmark holiday movie...it really was a very nice stay! The hotel was very clean and inviting. Decorated appropriately for the season. The room was clean, heating unit worked very well, the bed was comfortable...the rooms are not enormous but appropriate for weary travelers. The price was very, very nice for a 4 Star!

Hotel was in a great location for our needs but the pool was under construction. This was very disappointing to the kids. I wish I had done my homework and discovered this before booking.

I have stayed at this hotel whenever I visit Dallas. The hotel has not seen any real remodeling in the nine years that I have been staying there. This visit in August the pool was being Redon but I did not see one workman in the four days that I stayed. They also did not have my reservation from Orbitz and I was lucky that they had a room available. Not sure whose fault but I view this as a big fail.

Room had no fridge and looked very tired (leather headboard has huge worn patch). Pool was closed for renovation, but no mention on that on the website. The only positive was the really friendly barman / waiter.

Great staff and clean rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet is not worth the price. The pool is under construction. The neighboring hotel had their hot tub out of order. Room was decent. Coffee is horrible.
