Every morning I couldn't walk past the desk without employee saying "Good morning" that first ray of sunshine is important in launching a successful day❤️ The very thing I needed to put a smile on my face thank you so much

The location was very great nice and peaceful. The two ladies that work front desk were very nice and friendly they made you feel really welcomed .unfortunately on orbitz it says the double beds also have balcony and view to river but that is not correct.we were told only single Kings have the view and balcony.when we booked it was an option for the double so I was a little disappointing

Our stay was horrible! The pillows on the beds were so uncomfortable, our shower was broken and we had to move rooms, the tv lost signals multiple times. In addition house keep forgot to restock our towels and toilet paper! The front desk staff left a voicmail on our phone on mistake talking about other customers. When I told the assistant general manger about our issues was rude and basically argued with me about it. I will never stay there again! A waste of money.

The hotel was beautiful, well appointed and staffed with excellent employees who went to the max to assist my guest and I. Kayla at the front desk was especially helpful and enthusiastic.
Nice hotel. It's big, close to the airport as well as the highway. They have a restaurant though i didn't eat there but menu looks good.
The room I stayed in had yet to be remodeled, but was clean and comfortable. Loved the soft bed. The entire lobby/1st floor is under renovation- highly recommend checking the hotel website directly to ensure amenities are available for your stay. Little surprised the price wasn’t lower, given the current state of the property.
Hotel staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable. When we asked for a fridge, there was no engineering staff on site to bring to our room even though the sign at the front desk said we just needed to ask and they would provide one. Otherwise, great stay overall!
