A Spacious Home for a Large Family Gathering!Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we really appreciated how close the property was to the beach — just a short drive away. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for kids to play and the adults to relax after a day out. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. House keeping good do a better job and kitchen was not well equipped with pots and pans. Location of this site is not the greatest for going to the beach. The pool was great and overall this location was not excellent so I gave it a 3 star.

Overall was a good getaway the Location was great, bedrooms were very accommodating for our family, some beds were not as comfy as the others. Had a little electrical breaker mishap but, nothing too serious. Didn’t get to enjoy the Arcade game & Xbox though, kiddos were kinda disappointed we couldn’t get them to work. However we distracted them with the pool, beach & an evening at the Surf Yard. Our host Ms Elaine was very nice, very attentive to our needs, making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Needs a deep clean

This property has plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. Plenty of room for a multiple family vacation. The host is communicative and responsive. However, This unit in particular needs a serious deep clean. There is dust and mold everywhere. I feel the person who cleans this property makes the beds and puts fresh towels up and that's pretty much it. The area behind the toilets look like they have not been wiped down in months. The washer rim is completely molded. They also have very minimal things to be able to cook here. No spices, no coffee. Just some pots and pans. & With multiple people in the house, the wifi is not good. Very slow. We were better off just not using the wifi. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was the perfect house for our family. We had an issue with our air conditioning and called Elaine. She had it taken care of before we returned from the beach. It was a very nice well stocked house in a great location. I hope we can make it a yearly trip.

I really enjoyed this house, ELAINE was an amazing host, she was very prompt to get back to my messages. She answered clearly and was very polite. You can definitely tell that she goes above and beyond to make her tenant feel at home. The house was big for all 14 of us. It was always cold in there. I know it’s some recent houses that we stayed at the air condition would break all the time but the beds were comfortable overall it was a 5 thank you Elaine. Keep doing what you’re doing. Can’t wait to see you again next year.

My family cleaned for almost 2 hours. The place had mold, mildew and food left on table and floor. The sofa had plywood support under the cushion. The air filter hadn’t been changed in months.

The property was nice as it self but the bedding was horrible especially the pull out bed felt like you were sleeping in the actual ground instead of the mattress of how much old and used it was plus one of the pull out was completely broken . The cleanliness wasn’t what we were expecting when we walked in you could feel dirt all over the floor, their was also a mess under one of the beds (photos provided), sand on the couch
