Excellent and friendly staff.Great location with all facilities nearby.

Good location, easy access to major highways, good value

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my new go-to hotel when I travel to DC for work. It is in a very quiet location and close enough for an easy commute or park and ride from the train.

Overbooked rooms.. so when I arrived nothing was available

Clean and comfortable with nearby locations for shopping, restaurants and subway station that can take you anywhere in the D.C. region.

If you really want to sleep 5 in this room, you will be charged for the cot and not told about it on Orbitz. Also, since cots are first come, you want to call the hotel and be sure you can reserve one (availability is ever changing) both before and after you reserve.

Hotel was good. Staff were very slow. Waited over 1/2 hour for shuttle to Metro. Driver was not safe.

Tha family went to DC for three days, four nights. The hotel was reasonably clean and located near a Metro station, which helped a lot. The air conditioner was very loud, but cooled well in the August heat. The staff were a little cold. Whenever we asked a question or made a request, they gave us the hundred yard stare. Overall. It was cheaper and easier than staying downtown. Would recommend for the value and convenience.

The hotel had everything we needed. The main thing we loves was the microwave and fridge. It allowed us to refrigerate and warm food from eating out. The room was very clean and the restaurant was great food and a good value. I'd love to get the pillows they use. The hotel is close to University of Maryland and DC. It was a wonderful trip!

This wS convenient to the metro, washington and baltimore. The pickup at the metro took a bit, but drop off was no problem. The bar was out of alot, they had had a thirsty bunch there that weekend. Give it a try.

Shuttle service to local spots was a breeze, entire stay was a delight

Convenient Location in Greenbelt. We stayed 1 night there when visiting family in Greenbelt MD.

I didn't spend too much time at the hotel, but what time I did was very pleasant.

Friendly staff, clean room, TGIF's right next door. Near enough to downtown DC but not right in it. They also have their own kitchen, a little pricey, but really excellent food.

Friendly staff were very helpful! Room was clean and my stay was problem free!

Booked this with points and it was all we expected. One large king bed, comfortable with 4 pillows and a comforter. bath shower had plenty of water pressure. Bath was clean and not aged looking. Has a shuttle to/from the greenbelt metro. Allow 15 -20 minutes from call from the station to pickup, 10 at the hotel for the van driver to arrive. It was windy and cold waiting, so Next time we would likely just take a taxi from the metro, but use the shuttle to get from hotel to metro. Drivers were courteous and professional. Did not eat at the hotel. Breakfast buffet looked robust. Bar is in the lobby and looks like an add on. We missed happy hour, but had a drink late Sunday night. Bar drink availability was very limited because the weekend guests had wiped out the drink selection (there was a car show right nearby - I expect the folks had a really fun time Saturday night.) No noise from traffic or other guests. Wifi was a little flaky, but worked good enough. Hot tub was out of order the 4.days we were there. Workout room has 2 treadmills, step machine, some free weights, a bike and a hand bike - mostly empty of people during our stay.

Good hotel located a short distance from the Greenbelt Metrorail Station (too far to walk but a short 2 mile drive). It costs about $5 per person, each way, to take the train into Washington DC. Still a good deal based upon hotels in DC costing over $250 a night. Only problem was a confusing breakfast policy. Still, a nice base camp for your trip to DC.
