The location was great and made it easy to navigate about the city. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the perks of staying here were great. They offered a complimentary item from the coffee shop and hosted happy hour during my stay. My room was neat and well kept and a great place for me to land.

Accommodations were comfortable overall with a couple slight disappointments. Certain aspects of the room had not been maintained (the vinyl flooring was in desperate need of repair and cleaning). Other amenities in the room were clean and fresh (such as the bed). Temperature control for the room was great, no issues there. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff at the front desk when checking in. Assuming the lack of maintenance is due to the fact the hotel has been sold.

Our room keys didn’t work and we had to venture back downstairs. Slight inconvenience due to small mistake of writing down wrong room number. Very clean room and aesthetically unique. My husband loved the unique bed frame although the mattress was too soft and sunken. Friendly staff.

Always a great stay at a Virgin hotel. The location in Chicago couldn't get any better. Only a few hundred meters from the river, close to Grant Park, many high-end shops, the Riverwalk, and too many grwst restaurants to ever visit in 10 trips! The rooms are spacious, clean & well-appointed. Everything you would expect from the Virgin brand. If you're in Chicago, check this place out.

A flawless grand king room having three contiguous but separate and spacious rooms: a living room, large bathroom and bedroom. Each easily closed off from the other by a sliding door. Amenities in the room were unique and practical for a guest or traveled. The shower is large with bench seat, central shower ahead and detachable head. Premium scented cleansing accessories and two separate vanities finished off the space. L The restaurant on the entrance level prepared all foods from scratch with that wonderful southern European food wafting throughout. Virgin Chicago continues to impress and makes me feel welcomed and at home.
