The rooms were clean but i went to the lobby for extra pillows and they had none only two pillows for 3 people and they were supposed to have continental breakfast and all they had was coffe and oatmeal and didn’t even have the hot water full so couldn’t make any overall I would not stay here again

Parking was terrible. We were told that they didn’t know where we should park since there were no parking spots and told that if we pick in a non parking spot on the property we would be towed

It was my first staying at an extended stay. I'll keep in mind when i need a hotel for a few days

Horrible experience. They deducted $200 from my credit card without any reason. When I spoke to hotel three different front desk guys and his manager. All the statements were different. One guy told me that floor is damaged, another guy told Kitchen is broken and his manger said TV, lights are broken. This proves that they are making false allegation. I was in hotel around half an hour after checkout but nobody complained me about damages. I requested to send me pictures about damages but they refused to provide me any proof.

I understand the hotel is supposedly inexpensive. However, despite the fact that it has a convenient room layout and kitchenette, some things must be taken care of if they want the guests to be satisfied with their stay. 1. The windows are filthy, cannot see anything through them. 2. The pantry and dishware kit must not be offered to the guests to pick up at the front desk and carry to their rooms! It is heavy, and a woman like me cannot be expected to be carrying heavy things to her room while she is coming to the hotel to rest. 3. The shuttle is unreliable, to say the least. I almost missed my flight because the driver did not show up at all in the morning! We waited 45 minutes! And he didn't come in. The reception called for a cab but it didn't show up either. 4. Generally, the reception is poor, virtually no communication with the them. They are busy doing several jobs and are looking unhappy. Nor do they hurry to accommodate you unless you ask several times - for the cooking kit to be delivered (as advertised), for extra shampoo, etc. 5. The internet is non existent. You can try but it won't work. I had to apply tethering but it was very slow as well. 6. The towels are worn out and small. The ventilation in the kitchenette is broken. The AC is an old huge box on the floor and it blows air right onto your bed because it's next to it. The rooms are musty and damp. The floor is covered with cheap laminated paper-like covering. The hotel needs to express more caring .

Booked when flight was cancelled. Free breakfast was a basket of granola bars. Staff was very kind.

It is deceiving to state that there is a double bed pull out sofa. It is a single. I ended up having to get a second room when I could have found a different hotel for 4 people for a cheaper place. The breakfast was awful. The staff at the attached Extended Stay of America was rude. There is no public bathroom to use, after driving three hours to get there and you cannot under any circumstances check in before 3 pm, we arrived at 2 pm, forgetting we were going to a different time zone. No excretions to this rule. Just be prepared for as little kindness and understanding as possible. This is a no frills hotel. There was little to no parking available as well. I must admit, I won't be staying here ever again.

Not good. The ac is terrible. Make me so uncomfortable at night. The bed is not good either. And there is smell in the room.
