It served the purpose for a quick trip at a great price.

This was my third stay at this motel. Clean, convenient drive to the Charlotte track. Nice breakfast also.

The room was very welcoming. Having a refrigerator in the room was excellent. My bed was comfortable. The WIFI was great to have. Thank you very much. David

For 4 straight evenings, the guests at the end of the hall allowed their kids to run up and down the hall for hours. All the families hung out in the hall being loud, not to mention ignoring what their kids were doing. I have stayed their 5 straight years and won't be back. I was upgraded to an executive suites, no thank you. The staff was oblivious even though I complained.

Clean rooms, great water pressure in shower, nice staff. Free breakfast was adequate and the area was kept clean. I would stay here again when in the area.

Nice hotel close to many shopping and eateries. On the main road so easy to get into the city of Charlotte.

We stayed for three nights. The room was ver clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only 15 mins fron the city of Charlotte.

Mary at front desk was great!! She made sure my room was ready for my early check in. I will be staying there again and letting others know it's a nice place to stay. Surrounded by all shops and eateries.

Needed a last minute place to stay and this hotel did a nice job. Friendly front desk, decent food and clean room.

Room was good, beds very comfortable, staff outstanding. Breakfast was awesome if you didn't find something to eat then you were too hard to please. Location was close to everything the only bad thing and it was the traffic. When visiting family again this is the place we will stay. Weekend night staff was great helped me with my Wi-Fi.

The hotel is fine for a one or two night stay! Not the friendliest or customer service oriented front desk people!

The hotel was very good. My only complaint if you want to call it one was I could not check in till 3:00 p. m. If you had a early flight you had to wait for your room. The breakfast was very good and other than that I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel was everything that I had expected. Room was very clean, bathroom was cleaned, and I stayed cooled. I will stay here again when I travel through Matthews, NC.

Hot breakfast was very nice. Only complaint is the pool was kind of dirty.

The only complaint is the pool was dirty. Every thing else was great room was clean quite all we could've asked for.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Pool could have been cleaner but all in all a. Good place to stay

From the moment we checked in the entire hotel staff was very pleasant and welcoming. They made sure all of our request (which weren't many) were accommodated to. The only suggestion is to have the maintanence redo the carpet or wash it because it looks run down & dirty when going up to the second floor from the lobby I wad afraid the tiles were going to collapse. Other than that it was a plant stay & awesome location!!

inconsiderate guests

For 4 straight evenings, the guests at the end of the hall allowed their kids to run up and down the hall for hours.
