There was going to be a water shutdown the next morning, but the hotel made no provisions (such as buckets to collect water) to workaround this. There was also clearly stains and hair leftover from previous guest on the floor. It was not worth the price of the stay.
Hair on floor in bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom door drug on the floor. Toilet ran continuously. Jacuzzi out of order. Pool dirty.
Eh. Its an older hotel. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Its ok.
Made 2 room reservation and each room was in different floor, not the most convenient placement. Breakfast was good but the place was full with the amount of people. Room was clean
Bathtub was really dirty when we checked in. Kids were already asleep when I noticed it or else we would have changed rooms. Cleaned it ourselves. When I went to the gym the next morning, the towel are was empty and they were out of the clorox wipes. I went to the front desk to get a towel or wipes and no one was there. Breakfast begins at 6, we took the kids down at 7. They were out of the waffle mix, eggs (boiled and scrambled), and bagels. Only the scrambled eggs ever got refilled the rest of the morning. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.

Was disappointed that there was no breakfast. The night before we stayed at a LaQuinta and had a delicious hot breakfast.
Getting basic service was like pulling teeth. After staying for three nights we ran out of towels, needed fresh sheets, and extra blankets. After repeatedly being told that housekeeping would freshen our room and restock our towels, shampoos, etc., nothing happened. Called front desk 5 times, but nothing. When we asked for extra blankets, we were told that they could not provide us with extra blankets until all the guests had checked in and when they knew if they had enough. Extremely frustrating.
Property was nice, but service was poor. Staff were generally unhelpful and uncaring. I stayed 3 nights with my kids. At no time during our stay did we get our room serviced by housekeeping, despite being told we would 5 times! We were told we could not get an extra blanket until all guests arrived and they could see if they have extra. We had to “steal” towels and shampoos from housekeeping’s cart. Really bad and frustrating experience.
