Everything was in good condition and comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary appliances & clean. Beds excellant. Outdoor seating area needed some upgrade. Chairs in poor condition. Chairs in driveway totally unecessary, who would want to sit facing cars? Beach items appreciated. More toilet paper should have been supplied. 1/3 roll upon arrival. Good access to Mall.

Great location

We had a great stay- perfect spot for a short trip with our 18 month old. The location was perfect, easy walk to everything in Cape May. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having the backyard area available. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location, spacious and comfortable cottage house

First time staying in Cape May and renting the cottage. Super clean, had everything we needed. The house is spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, and the perfect location to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed in advance. Will definitely look to rent the house again.

Perfect location quaint cottage

Fourth time staying here

My family has rented the Ruthe Anderson Cottage four years in a row and every time we have been met with the same cleanliness and ease of check-in. The owner is always very responsive. There is a reason we have stayed here for the past four years. We love it!

Great place for family

Great experience staying at the Ruthe Anderson cottage! Kyle was very nice and accommodating. The place was exactly as described and great for our 1 and 3 year old. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

This was the perfect house. Location is a 10/10. Everything is walking distance from the location. House itself is exactly as advertised. Clean, stocked, and perfect for a family of 4 with two young kids. Would highly recommend this house. We plan to stay here again next year!

Cozy and perfectly located

The location is perfect for walking anywhere around Washington Street mall and down to the beach, really can't ask for a better spot in Cape May. It's a small place but uses space really efficiently, and was a pleasure to stay in. Also very clean. It's a fairly busy spot even later at night, which is worth keeping in mind if you're not used to urban noise (even our infant and toddler had no issues sleeping with the noise though).

Unassuming on the outside, elegantly appointed on the inside. This is a very comfortable two bedroom in the center of activities at Cape May. This is our third off-season visit and will come again.

Cape May never disappoints!

Ruthe Anderson Cottage was so cozy, beautiful inside, cozy bed, great amenities and so close to the heart of everything Cape May!! We had the best time and appreciate being able to enjoy a cozy home while it rained off and on!

Great Location

Enjoyed our short stay in the Cottage. Perfect location, central to all major Cape May activities and restaurants. The Cottage itself is compact but very clean and neat and simply appointed (in a good way). Had everything we needed and was the perfect jumping off point for bike excursions and walks.

Cozy cottage, amazing location

Cozy spot with enough room for our kid to run laps around the kitchen island after days at the beach. Across the street from big wave burrito, and within sight of Iccara and the pedestrian mall. Location was amazing — we didn’t have to get in our car once during our 4 day trip. Highly recommend for small families.

Home away from home

This is our third year staying at this property and it does not disappoint. The accommodations are more than ample for our family of four, including an infant in an pack and play. You can't ask for a better place to stay- clean, spacious, and close to everything. Thank you, Kyle, for maintaining this gem.

Couldn’t ask for a better beach house for our family on the go. Plenty of space for a family of four, walkable to the beach, a stones throw to town. Will definitely be back

Great location! We parked the car in single spot designated for the house and were able to walk everywhere in Downtown Cape May due to the location. House felt much bigger than the picture showed likely due to the high ceiling in the living room.
