I loved the property itself. The staff was very friendly and always there for you. The food was not very good but it was decent at the restaurant Sisil’s. The fish tacos and coconut chicken were wonderful. But that was about it. Do not go to the fancy restaurants. The food was terrible.

Everyone was really nice food was great! They are way more sanitized and clean than any place in America for Covid. Felt more safe here as I always do in Cancun everyone speaks good English

It should be known that the Grand Oasis Palm and the Oasis Palm are the same resort. When you search, they come up as 2 different resorts. With the Grand you get different options.....like a refrigerator. When just booking through the Oasis Palm (not the Grand) you don't have a refrigerator in your room, or an ice bucket or any access to ice. So be prepared for not cold water. You also have to pay daily for your safe if you want one in your room, and its a key safe. If you lose the key (which we did) it was another $106 fee , so just be aware of that. Internet is also another daily fee if you need that.

I liked everything except how they shut all restaurants and only kept one open I ate the same food for about 3 days! It got boring quick!

The resort doesn’t have enough activities for adults only. I don’t have kids and there was nothing to do.

Need free WiFi, more private bathrooms and better family rooms

I love everthing its perfect for a family great service it was worth every minute in there im telling all my friends about it.

The property was well maintained. But the resort charges you for alot of extra items.

When I first arrived to this property, I was told that they could upgrade me to the Grand Oasis. I thought it would be an upgrade so I agreed to do it. I definitely wish I would have stayed at this hotel. When my family arrived at the Grand Oasis, we had to wait extremely long to check in. Then we checked in and and walked to our room where the key id not work. We had to go back to the front desk for new keys and went back to the room and the same problem occurred. We we had to go back and forth four times and then they ended up finally changing our room 2 1/2 hours later. The room was very small compared to the room we would have gotten if they could get the room to open. The food was okay but the drinks were not good. Very watery juices and soda was flat. I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon.

The staff , amenities, the kids area my kids love it

The staff are really friendly and attentive. I loved the fact that they offered many activities for children and grownups alike.

The location of the hotel is ideal close to downtown.

Considering what we spent on our family vacation we loved the property , minor things that we are not used to like hallways not air conditioned and the elevator was super hot. Food was delightful and plenty of selection even for our picky kids, pools were great, drinks were good, cold beer.

Most service people with the exception of agave restaurant seemed to be in a bad mood waiters and cooks alike. With exception of agave food quality was poor
