Looks like it is an older property and need serious updating. There was a lot of mold around the roomsand broken furniture, especially around the pool and the beach. The kiddie pool had algae around the outside that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. It is unfortunate, but the pictures of this hotel are very misleading. Also, they do not have enough space to seat everyone for dinner at the buffet which makes a huge line to eat dinner. It was wild. You definitely do not want to be waiting on line with three hungry children. The rooms were very small and the beds were full size. The weird thing was that they were very close together. I was really disappointed in this resort and ended up leaving after I saw a huge Roach hanging out on the wall.

Rooms were dirty bed had stains, the drawers had left over food wraps , employee are extremely rude , they always have attitude like they own the place , the all inclusive is a scam the lines to eat are crazy long , or you will need reservations to eat , we didn’t even end up staying and lost our money , they also charge us extra fees .

Front desk associate were little rude. In the breakfast buffet in Bites food hall hostess and waitress had the worst service ever, the food was great do. I hated going to the bar only one server at all times, to get a beer it took over 15 minutes. The best experience was in the restaurant Cocoa grilled and seafood, we had dinner there every night Rodolfo was our waiter every night amassing service he deserves a raise. Food was excellent as well.

I like it in general great property plenty amenities and activities. Staff is very limited on information. I think smile’s cost more. If someone is smiling at you or being nice or helping is because they want to sell something at you. Too many sells force people very little service staff.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were outdated and dirty and small! The restaurants and food available were not good! We paid to upgrade to the hotel next-door in order to be able to use their restaurants and pool. That was a little better, but not by much. At the upgraded hotel, there were no chairs around the pool to sit on. The only chairs available were at the beach. So while my kids were swimming in the pool, I had nowhere to sit. There was only one bartender at each bar, so you would stand in line for a good 15 minutes to get a drink. The drinks had a chemical taste to them. Most of the restaurants were the same way. At the sushi restaurant, there was only one person working. So I stood in line one day for 45 minutes to get sushi by the pool. The little kitchen areas around the pool with food, were terrible! The hamburgers were definitely not hamburgers! No outdoor bar to sit at. The pool is also closed every night at 8 PM, which is pretty early when your kids want to stay swimming. Entertainment didn’t start until after 10 PM. So as your kids are trying to sleep, the very loud music goes until midnight. I definitely would not recommend going here. But you get what you pay for. I learned my lesson. I will definitely pay more money to stay at a nicer resort.

We had a great time, the food was good, most of the staff was friendly and helpful and the highlight is definitively the calm and kid friendly beach. We went with our kids, and it was a wonderful beach for them to explore, swim and have fun. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the bedroom did not have a balcony.

Check-in line was extremely long it took almost two hours at the time check-in time opened. The welcoming guest personnel instead welcoming you they immediately wanted to sell you packages and didn't care about your real needs they just wanted to sell. We told the housekeeping we needed more towels and come to clean our room and they never showed up. The next day, housekeeping said they have a hotel policy of not cleaning everyday and they didn't bother in notify us when we asked for the service. Since lots of people used the big pool then it became dirty very fast, not sure every when they clean it but next day you can still see a black sheet of oil and remaining of sun protector products on the surface of pool water.
