We purchased threw orbitz Allexclusive and when we got to check in they told us we don’t have anything we are Beaty upset and demanding some of our money back for a falls advertisement

I was very disappointed that I purchased for all inclusive through Orbitz snd nothing was included! False advertising. Also the hotel gave room access to our room to a whole another family!

Went to check in and all rooms were not available at this property and instead was sent to another property over 5 miles away. Paid over 1k to be forced to another location I didn’t want or book. They did this to a lot of guest and blamed the system. The system is not the problem I know the system they use it would have given a oversold notification. They should have contacted guest and offered options alternate days, refunds or other vs taking your money and taking advantage of you. Check in horrible, ownership and policy’s beyond unacceptable, property old and dated, really run down.

Days of splendor are way past... Prices are reasonable for food and service less than reasonable... Will not recommend...

The halls way need more cleaning but the staff was very nice

Very bad customer service at the front desk ,room wasn’t cleaned, bad quality food except one restaurant, if you need to have good time don’t book with oasis cancun lite , you may find it cheaper but it doesn’t worth it, book at the pyramid it have access to everything. Definitely won’t go there again.

Everything was good except when we checked in the front desk representative by the name of Carlos said that as of April there is a charge named "New Environmental Tax" that We had to pay. After paying for this charge that I was not agreed with, he became very rude as disrespectful, he did not have any customer service at all, after I asked him for the hotel map, room keys, meals times, etc, basically he put all the information in a paper bag and threw it on the counter and stated here you go.

This is not a high end resort, but it provides every comfort you’ll need to enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation

My first day there was all bad. Hidden tax fee not the all inclusive Package that ORBITS claimed it was They sold me an all inclusive package not Telling me that at this hotel the grand oasis has different levels of all inclusive up to VIP! I ended up in low class all inclusive. What a host! So this is where the Hotel gets you they try to sale you the upgrade! BOOM! and its like this! Either you fall for it or ride out rhe rest of your vacation in low class! ORBITZ get your standards correct!

Horrible....nasty place! Dirty bad service! Would not recommend to no one!

Everything was good except the ac in the room. It wasn't as cool as I would had liked.

Rooms were outdated and restroom need tlc. Two different night without hot water.

There are many restaurants and bars to enjoy. Food was good. In spring break, it was bad for family but it was excellent for singles and couples. Rooms in Cancún Lite were really poor and dirty. It is too old building. However, you must visit Cancún Mexico at least once in a lifetime.

I did enjoy the pool, but the food was terrible! The room was okay but the air conditioner did not work. The slowest check in I have ever experienced. The staff is very much confused about what’s going on.
