With over 6500 square feet of living space, tall ceilings, and spacious rooms, this modern farmhouse offers plenty of space for entertaining! Located on a serene cove of the Choptank River, you'll have direct access to waterways by kayak. The backyard swimming pool and multiple porches are additional enhancements for enjoying the outdoors.

The large, gourmet kitchen and butlers pantry provide all the space you need for bountiful kitchen creations. Multiple large screen TVs are provided for movie nights or watching the big game. Play a game of pool in the sunroom, where you can have a view of the water. Traveling with kids? The third floor has plenty of space for games and fort building at the end of the day. A separate apartment space with 2 bedrooms is located above the garage.

Located about 20 minutes from historic Cambridge, MD, you'll want to take advantage of the numerous points of interest, including the Harriet Tubman Museum and mural, and the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center within Blackwater Wildlife Refuge.
