Overall lacks quality in service. Room was ok, bathtub not very clean. Shower faucet mechanisms did work well. Carpets dirty.

The only good thing was the friendly front desk. No airport shuttle, no maid service (extra) , no pool, no spa, no exercise, minimal “grab n go” bfast (mini muffins , coffee and instant oatmeal) understaffed, over worked, air conditioning failed after routine maint. I would not recommend

Not a good place to stay. No ice maker. Anywhere. Oh you can make ice in your refrigerator. ??? Kitchen but no cooking equipment. No glasses in the room. You can get a bottle of water in the vending machine. $2. Breakfast. No that’s not breakfast. They open a cabinet off the lobby and have coffee and mini muffins and bags of oatmeal and cereal bars. BAD.

Horrible smells in our first room, had to be moved. New room had no hot water and a clogged bathroom sync for two days.

The room was everything I hoped it would be. The beds were especially comfortable.

It’s an extended stay so you can smell ppl cooking food in the hall which wasn’t the lost pleasant. It served its purpose for what I needed at that time.

It was OK.. Fair for the price, the staff was good

A person arrested the night I arrived and a dog in another room barked for two nights straight.

I tried to save a buck and booked two nights. The room smelled terrible and the halls smelled like pot. I could not stay in the room any longer and tried to cancel the second night. The front desk said since I booked with Orbitz only they could cancel the second night for me. After about 25 minutes I finally got the second night cancelled​. I went up the street to a Marriott for about $30 more and a 100 times better. I should have gone there first.

The front desk worker entered my room at midnight without knocking or warning, good thing the door latch was on. Terrible experience. The room reeked of cooking spices. Never again.
