Really nice staff, cute cabin easy parking. Definitely would come again and stay at this location. In the center of Big Bear. The cabin loft was absolutely cute! Nice kitchen and large living area. We went with our 20 month old, and she loved going up and down the stairs.

We love this place! The staff is super nice and helpful and the location is safe and convenient. The rooms are simple and clean and the hot tub was nice and hot. The pillows are good and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from lots of restaurants and a short drive from everything else in town. What else can you ask for?

Out of all the trips we have taken this year, this place probably had the most comfortable bed and pillows! We were in town for Oktoberfest, this location was only about a 15-minute drive, maybe a 5-minute drive from some really nice scenery, walks, and right down the street from the main town shops. Check in was super easy. Check out was even easier, The staff was friendly, and while we were there for our 2 days they were steadily making improvements to the ground.

This stay was awful from the start. Property is highly dated and very dingy. Breakfast was a cold bagel. When we were checking out, we noticed some medications were missing from our room. There was a missing key, so I have no idea what to think. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Looks cute in photos but jacuzzi doesn’t work, fireplace doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money!!!
