Nice little botique hotel bbn in Beverly Hills Spaciouscroom friendly staff

I'm a repeat guest. L'Ermitage has a lot of things going for it, but the best part are the staff. Friendly, respectful (of privacy, as well as many other things), smart, and kind. That is, after all, what separates great hotels from all the rest. Add to that beautiful rooms, an amazing rooftop pool that isn't crowded to the gills, a great bed (!), and a location that is close to business and entertainment in the Hollywood/Beverly Hills area. Secluded enough to a quiet escape from the crazy when you need a quiet escape from the crazy. My favorite hotel in LA and well worth the price.

The Viceroy is my favorite hotel in Beverly Hills. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They always make you feel like they are here to make your stay memorable.

Loved everything!!! We will stay again for sure!😊

Had a wonderful stay. Wonderful hotel, close to Rodeo Drive. Room was spacious and very comfortable bed. Check out rooftop pool if you ever have to pleasure of visiting.

The hotel itself is very attractive. The staff is attentive. However, I am not giving it a 5 star because I found a few things annoying. One is that they do not offer free tea in one's room. There is a device to make expresso but no way to heat up water to make tea. When I asked about that, I was told that they could bring me an electric kettle and a tea bag but I would have to pay for that. Given what they charge for rooms here (and I was in a suite), they certainly could give a complimentary tea bag. Another thing that I found annoying was that I was assigned a room on the second floor. I had reserved a suite with a balcony. My room did have a balcony, but it was right next to an awning which ruined the effect. I never went on it and it was a waste to have paid for it. Only the higher floors should be charging for the "balcony" experience.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms beautifully designed, comfortable, and quiet

Beautifully and very well-designed suites. Friendly and professional staff.

it was a good stay. staffs were nice, although the room service food was not so good.

the amenities are not so modern, but they are pretty good overall. i liked the hotel staffs and they were all very nice and professional. the restaurant was not so impressive.

The hotel was perfect and the staff was lovely. My 4 year old had the best time since everyone knew her name within the 1st hour and greeted her by name each day.

This is the best. Anytime we go to LA, this is the place we stay. We can't say anything better about this hotel.

Could not have been better. Hospitality was above and beyond expectations. We would most definitely return.

My husband and I spent a long-overdue vacation at L'Ermitage. I would return in a heartbeat. The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were magnificent, always concerned for our comfort. The rooftop pool was lovely, and the food in the restaurant delicious. Access to downtown was fairly easy, also.

Amazing place and Amazing staff is the reason to stay here. In addition to that the on site food is awesome.

Nice place, very good location, excellent service, staff either, a fantastic experience, will be back.
