There were 2 mice in my room at once. Maintenance issues took multiple complaints to get resolved. Staff was 50/50 with awesome and very rude! The bed was very uncomfortable. If anything was needed they required you to go get it rather than deliver it. I was here over a month and honestly wouldn't recommend staying here.

The hotel was located in a quiet area just close enough to other areas featuring restaurants, shops as well as other places to visit. I personally enjoyed the fact that I could walk to find somewhere to have dinner.

The first thing I noticed when I arrive to the hotel was how courteous the staff was. The rain was in very good condition period and the location was very convenient to where I needed to get. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or long-term stay.

Avoid this place if possible. In only one night: tv remote does not work, had two go to the desk 3 times before solving the problem. I had to fix the toilet by myself with plunger, I had to carry up a 15 pound container with dishes, breakfast room dirty, no juice, no fruit, no bowls for hot cereal in the breakfast room. No linens for the sofa bed. And in all this, nobody said I am sorry, no apologizing, no concern. If you cannot serve your guests you should close the place. Room was ok.

I'm not one to complain, or even write reviews, but this was an absolute nightmare. I booked a room at this hotel ( 201 location, there are 2 next to each other, this is advertised as recently renovated. Spoiler: it most definitely is not) for a week while I was in the area for work. I arrive Sunday evening and checked in to a non smoking room. I was told all rooms were non smoking which was a selling point since I get extreme migraines when exposed to smoke for long periods of time. There was confusion at the desk since I used a coupon at time of booking online and the attendant was not sure if she needed to charge me extra taxes, even though my confirmation email included taxes in my charges. Once that was squared away I went to my room located at the end of the hall on the second floor. Upon opening the door the first thing that hit me was a wave of smoke. The room wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana. There was absolutely no way that this was a zero smoking hotel. Since it was late I decided to open windows and hope that the room would air out and I would address the situation in the morning. The next day I returned to the hotel after work only to find the smell had somehow gotten worse. I complained to the front desk who offered me febreze and then offered me another room. I accepted the other room, only to be moved to a room across the hall from a couple in an EXTREME domestic dispute. So somehow I reverted back to my original smoke filled room. Needless to say, I wasn't going to win. Side note, the lamp in my room looked like it had been smashed into the wall a few times and placed back onto the desk and there was also a small colony of spiders living in my bathroom. Unless they were there to start the hotel reservations, that place had not been touched since the early 1970s. There's was also a questionable brown stain in the shower. Could be blood. Could be hair dye. The world may never know. Either way, I left. I politely asked the front desk to have a manager contact me to discuss the issues and have yet to receive a call back. Go figure. As a traveling nurse who regularly stays at hotels during contracts, you can bet these people have lost my business. I will never stay at an extended stay location ever again. I'm a little upset at their lack of professionalism and follow thru.

Nice rooms Clean. We only stayed one night and didn't use the kitchenette area. The hallways and public areas also clean and well maintained Staff was friendly. However, we thought there was a cat crying in the next room. We then decided it was a baby. Later, we guessed it was both a cat and a baby. Also, every little noise in the hallway can be heard. When a neighbor opens a door it sounded like our door was opening. Also you could hear the people in the room upstairs walking around. It was just very loud.

my 1st stay at ESA so I found a few things unusual..all kitchen items were handed to me upon checkin (glad I only needed knife/fork/bowl/plate and not pots/pans)...and carried these to my room before my luggage....not one cup/glass was in the room so I got my own red solo cup from my pen/paper....and no ICE MACHINE...I was told to my make my own ice in the freezer section of the fridge but I wanted to pour myself a drink immediately after driving 7 hours! This is simply a stupid and very inconvenient policy.... the kitchen area had a foul odor so I used a trash can to cover up the sink drain instead of asking to change rooms...the TV remote guide didn't list the channels so I had to surf up and down one channel at a time...of course there wasn't a list of channels printed out...the pillows were thin... breakfast was simply coffee and a prepackaged the positives......roomy, the hear/air worked perfectly (I used both) to set the exact temperature...the towels were soft...the WiFi worked well...the staff was friendly....I used a 30% promo code so the price was good...the ESA iphone ap worked well...the bed was decent...there appears to 2 ESA properties here at 201 and 205, they appear the same outside but the other reviews mention 201 (South) is the newer one. This location is close to major hiways.

We have been staying here since May of 2016. The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations are typical of any kitchenette suite, and the rooms are quite spacious. The front desk is always ready to help guests with any need that may arise. Thanks Extended Stay for making us feel welcome and providing us with a home away from home.

Having stayed at many extended stays over my traveling years, this was the worst! Furniture was beat up, stove was broken. They gave you ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when you arrive. You had to order the kitchen utensils, Pots, pans, dishes, etc and carry them to your room! No plastic cups to get a drink of water!. Housekeeping is done once a week, because we never saw them. The kitchen was grimey, grease on the walls. Bathroom sink took forever to drain, and the shower gave lukewarm water at best! You're better off paying a little extra, and being treated like a valued guest!

Our stay started off good. We liked the layout of the king suit room. A good amount of space, love seat that was a hide-a-bed, close to the exterior door on the first floor. The bed was average. The pillows were flat and hard but meh. But after over a week we can't stand it here. The room above us must have a 300 pound guy that stomps back and forth across the room. Boom boom boom boom boom. Pause. Boom boom boom boom boom. Every morning, early. The air conditioner keeps the room cool but it does not dry out the air. It's like a damp basement in here. Towels won't dry. Clothes won't dry. Feels damp and sticky constantly. When it came time for our weekly cleaning we weren't ready. They said they would come back. Later in the day I checked. Yes, we have it on or list. They never returned. Not that day or since. I cleaned the room as best as I could. I blackened a towel wiping down the hard flooring. I got fresh towels. I learned from previous experience that the front desk has no control over the house keepers. No point in asking. Extended Stays have horrible internet. Slow. 0.7 mbps. You can pay extra to get 2.5 mbps. $20 for a month. It was totally out a couple of times for an hour. When it was on it was steady, just slow. Our last night we got a cricket in the room. I killed it with the lid to our kitchen kit tub. The grab and go breakfast was typical except I was used to seeing an apple or a banana. They didn't have fruit. But they did have grits. Oh boy, not. A lot of railroad workers stayed next door at the other extended stay nearby. People would hang around the exterior doors. A car suspiciously meandered around the parking lot. Most all the exterior door locks were broke. We had to yank hard to break ours open. The front desk girl was sweet but poorly trained and often deferred to the day manager who was awesome. Never coming back to this one.
