Great condo, everything was perfect. Clean, well furnished, great location. Gym and pools at Sea Colony were very nice. Ponds offered fishing opportunities and wildlife viewing. Four adults over 60 in our group, and we all loved the condo and location.

Perfect condo for couple or small family

We have stayed in Sea Colony several times but this property was the best. The location was excellent with the screened porch overlooking the pond and canal. The decor reflected the beach location without being overly cutesy. Overall, very peaceful and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. If there were any issues it was with Resortquest. It is impossible to reach them by phone and the message garbles the email address. I didn't know that the passes I bought before our trip had to picked up at the management office. We had to leave a day early and there simply no way of reaching them. That said, we still plan on returning to this lovely shaded condo.

Quiet and peaceful on the west side.

Nice place and neighborhood. Did not know how to adjust the ceiling fans. Some directions would be nice. When we arrived the fan on air conditioning continually ran which made the place damp. When we moved it to auto it was perfect. Some directions need to be done for that too.
