AC in my room was not very good. The hallways were left on 76 degrees and was very hot. Carpets were stained up throughout the hotel. Hotel was full of workers and very loud guests making it almost impossible to sleep. The bed was also hard as a rock. Bathroom lighting was a joke.
Well, I was disappointed for the price I paid. Hotel lobby and staff were great but my room needed some serious upkeep: the carpet was dirty and stained, outlet plug was very loose off the wall, and the tub faucet and knob were also extremely lose. This was a handicap room, so I would say that’s not the safest for visitors. Also, I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that was so nosey. My family and I got zero sleep, 24 hours of something going on above us. Completely ridiculous!
Didn't like the bathroom literally covered in ladybugs and the floors were sticky
The only thing unique was the size. The room slept 6. It had a sofa bed that allowed for the young man traveling with us to have a place to sleep. However, he said “he now knows what a prison inmate feels like” the sofa bed needs replacing. It was awful.
Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Next to outlets too.

Traveling. Several restaurants and outlet mall nearby. Many restaurants close by 8-9:00 pm.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the air Conditioner was noisy. Close to a lot of restaurants.
Very nice staff and a very nice hotel! The hotel seems to be fairly new as everything looks new. Very comfortable.

Well for a hotel that has about 80 rooms and you have only 1 washer and 1 dryer n half the time they don't work. There is 1 employee there that needs to find out what manners are. You don't be rude on the phone to customers because without anybody staying at these Hotels you all wouldn't have a job. So take the time on or off the phone to be nice. If you can't be nice then call in sick and spare us all the rudness...Thank You..
