Fridge was SO loud! Broken window. Stairs down to two locked doors...very creepy. Dead bugs on window sills. Blue painted window in shower. Cords hanging from TV. Same linens for 5 days. Tough hike up two hills to get there.

Raul really tried to make this whole thing work but the condition of the rooms and the facility in general were just below acceptable.

Great location and great staff service. Everybody was very friendly, especially Brody, Raul, and Kim. I'm looking forward to going back in 2 months.

The staff were nice and friendly. The price was reasonable and it was in a desirable and quiet area.

Hot tub was closed an hour early than posted. Asked about it and they said it would be open but they did it again the second night of our stay and we never got to use it.

amazing owner and amazing staff, we had such a great time. Clean and comfortable. We are for sure coming back !

I didn’t like that toilet paper was the only thing available , lack of towels and basically general stuff that hotels/motels include, so I was very surprise and not happy about it

I want my money back......orbitz has not contacted me about my refund. I checked out early and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. REFUND my money!

Extremely friendly and flexible staff. Thank you.

Very good stay. The staff was great and location was accessible

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, after the first night the room was accessed by the cleaning crew- only half of the room was done, the towels were taken but not replaced, but worst of all my kids Power Bank ( charger) got STOLEN from the room. I was given Laura's Whitby contact information, I sent her numerous emails and text messages and she has still not replied. There is no follow up, nothing. The whole experience is very very disappointing and beyond unprofessional. The hotel overall is in very bad shape. I would never stay here again.

I liked the customer service and location, also the complementary breakfast was very good. I did not like the weird room arrangement, as I got a double bed room to share with my cousin and for some reason they had a glass wall in the shower to where the person in the room can see you showering through this wall, pretty uncomfortable. None of the windows in the room opened, was missing random tiles with stains all over the carpets. Overall happy with the convenience of the location and service provided, but not the nicest room.

The place served its purpose for our trip. We had issue with the phone, internet service, TV in room not working properly. But for a quick 1 night stay and the price, its good. The staff's very helpful and pleasant.

Property is not well maintained. Things are chipped, torn and beat up. But all and all not bad for the price and location.

Nothing fancy, but functional. Pickup/dropoff and transport for diving is available.

So with all the staffing they have why aren’t the outside walls painted? Plants in planters? (It is still very sunny! It is mostly always sunny!) repaired chipped paint on the stairway. The grassy area could be so much nicer. The price is good. The bed was comfy. We didn’t have hot water for two days in the shower. No one repaired it until the second request, 3rd day (out of 5 days). There is no dresser for clothes, no fold out rack for suitcases. There are so many things that could be done to make it very eye-appealing. The sliding glass door lock was a challenge. It had a continental breakfast. I suggest hard boiled eggs for protein. Donuts were DELICIOUS! Coffee was decent. Pancakes, bagels, cream cheese, pastries, apples. From our deck we had a small ocean view. Close walking distance to town. Only problem was that you need to be able to walk the hill. They do offer a shuttle to and from the boat. Overall i’d Give it a B. Staff was very nice.

The view was wonderful and from the checkin to the checkout, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. i don't know what happened, but we do supply the basic soap, shampoo and conditioner. We also have a selection of hair dryers, straighteners, irons and various other items available to borrow at the front desk and will source most things if requested. Hope the rest of your trip was enjoyable.
