The staff were great, the room view was amazing and the size of the suite for the price was more than fair. The room was pretty beat up but our understanding is that there are plans to do some renovations which would be a smart investment. We'll return as soon as possible. Thank you for an excellent weekend.

The property was too old, smell, furnitures, kitchen and even electricity outlet were not working properly! Booking ocean view but get partial view only, first day no hot water until the next day so lucky the boiler has fixed. Tried to cancel 2nd days but no staff can resolve the problem. The property is really in need to upgrade even cleaning!

The balcony is dangerous and a huge liability. It is falling apart literally. The room itself was OK but the carpet is in immediate need of replacement. Wifi is a hit and miss and undependable.

Photos of the property misrepresented the conditions of the property. The rooms were in poor condition with failing plumbing. I had to fix the toilet so it would flush and the faucet handle came off in my hand. the room had no actual entrance door except for the sliding patio door and the room smelled like mold/ mildew. I asked to pay $50.00 for early check-in, but I was told that it would probably not happen. The hot tub was right outside my room and the people using it were blasting their music. It sounded like it was in my room. Overall, the property is in serious disrepair and other people in town told me that it was overdue for maintenance and updates.

Quick Trip

The room rate was appropriate for the accommodations. We booked on a very last minute whim to go to Catalina. They accommodated our schedule. The room was fine for a one night stay. It was clean, had coffee and a nice view from the porch. It also had air conditioning which some places do not have on the island.
