Club room experience was great. Nice view from club. Canapes and drinks were also very good. With free parking and breakfast buffet, it was a very good value. Nice location near Queen St.

Heritage Auckland

Downtown Hotel with Resort Amenities

Overall giving this hotel 5 stars. Location, Location, Location. Easy walk to all the key parts of Auckland, particularly the waterfront, as well as shopping district. The room was very clean and functional for a three night stay. Bathroom could use a bit of updating. I didn't eat at any of the hotel facilities. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to use the upstairs facilities to shower later in the day after checkout before going to the airport.
