Nice but rooms getting a little worn

Hotel good location short walk to downtown shops and cruise ship port. I got free up grade to 2 bedroom executive on high floor. It was good from my balcony I could see the Skytower and where my ship berths . They were all close

Grand Millennium Auckland

Club Room

Club room experience was great. Nice view from club. Canapes and drinks were also very good. With free parking and breakfast buffet, it was a very good value. Nice location near Queen St.

Naumi Auckland Airport

Sheek and confortable

Upon arrival you feel as if you have stepped into a little oasis. The decor is outfitted to transport you to a place of zen. The rooms are well stocked with amenities and space. The only downfall is the construction taking place on the property which resulted in loud Jane ring and sawing in the morning and panels of wood that covered what should have been my balcony entry. Additionally, room 302 should be soundproofed a bit better due to it being at the end of the hall where there is constant foot traffic. It can make for an unpleasant stay if you are looking for a quiet evening. Overall, the location is great and it is a place I would recommend to other travelers.

Cordis

45.00 parking fee

It was busy trying to turn in to the entrance area. Once we got there we were told there would be a $45.00 parking fee. This was the first time we had heard of the parking fee. There was nothing on the hotels website or on Orbits website. This seem like an extreme amount especially without any warning. Otherwise things were great. It is to bad this information was not given before we had already paid for the room.
