Overall it was a nice hotel with a famous department stores in walking distance. Will recommend to my friends.
We read the reviews before booking, so we knew the room would be small. It definitely wasn't as tight as some of the people were complaining about. We enjoyed the room and our time there. The location was convenient for the ferry to Waiheke Island. Absolutely be prepared and do some research for parking if you're bringing a car to the hotel.
