you’re very close to the central business area and it is walkable. You’re also close to the wharf. Some restaurants in the area the breakfast definitely needs to be improved with more quality and variety... hotel is clean but very stark and bare basics.. There is a two washer and two dryer laundry area, which is nice. It’s a good place to stay if you are there just for a few days.. elevators are slow, but they do have three and there’s two entrances to the hotel which can be a bit confusing on different streets.. It really gets quite crowded at the reception area so that can be a bit difficult when you’re checking in and out or going for breakfast.

The rooms are clean but when I did have my room service, which was only three times out of 14 days, they did not vacuum or mop down the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast is just OK but not much variety... They did have fresh fruit like bananas, apples, pears, and sometimes plums are nectarines and that was good. They have a coffee machine and you can get hard boiled eggs if you want instead of the scrambled egg mixture that they have they also have crispy bacon, which you have to ask for, but they don’t change their gloves they used to pick up dirty dishes when they give you your bacon. Poor quality of bread that is out, but I did have pancakes and those were decent from the machines they have. Elevators are long waits ...at time, but they do have three and everything is done on the second floor, which is reception and then you have to take the elevator down to ground floor to get out of the building which has two exits on one each on different streets. Rooms are very stark with really no personality but if you’re only there for a few days, it’s a good place to stay. It’s close to the wharf. It’s walkable and you’re close to Queen Street which has a lot of stores and different restaurants.

The staff was great and everything clean. The breakfast was very good. The air conditioning in our room mostly functioned, but it turned off at random times and the room got very warm quickly.

Room was clean, whole hotel was clean. Breakfast was really good. Front desk reception were extremely nice. Right in the middle of city centre, great location. I was able to walk to the shops amd restaurants i wanted to venture to. Loved it.
