The check-in was very efficient. When we checked out, the hotel staff stored our luggage for us as we had a late evening flight. After concluding our sightseeing, we returned to the hotel, picked up our luggage, while the hotel staff called a taxi for us. They got us a firm taxi price as well.

Check in was great and easy. The room doesn’t appear to be anything special. There is a Nespresso machine but no Nespresso pods only cheap pods. We read the reviews before booking, so we knew the room would be small. It definitely wasn't as tight as some of the people were complaining about. We enjoyed the room and our time there. The location was convenient for the ferry to Waiheke Island. Absolutely be prepared and do some research for parking if you're bringing a car to the hotel.
a walk distance from the airport...........near fast food and small restaurants..........near grocery shopping...... unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby.... we stayed 10am (check out time) until 4pm before we walked towards the airport.......you can buy your food and heat it up in the microwave at the lobby....rooms small but clean and comfy
Good spot if you like shopping but too far from the downtown area. Room was good for being an "apartment".
Upon arrival you feel as if you have stepped into a little oasis. The decor is outfitted to transport you to a place of zen. The rooms are well stocked with amenities and space. The only downfall is the construction taking place on the property which resulted in loud Jane ring and sawing in the morning and panels of wood that covered what should have been my balcony entry. Additionally, room 302 should be soundproofed a bit better due to it being at the end of the hall where there is constant foot traffic. It can make for an unpleasant stay if you are looking for a quiet evening. Overall, the location is great and it is a place I would recommend to other travelers.
