I stayed at the Heartland Auckland Airport three times while vacationing in and around New Zealand. The hotel is great ! Airport shuttle is easy to find and free. The restaurant has good food and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, although the coffee was always a bit cold. The bar/restaurant manager was especially nice. The hotel is in an industrial park so there's nothing nearby.

We stayed here twice. The team have been great from the 330am shuttle, to the awesome meal we had in the restaurant. We disnt have a huge amount of time to look around but what we have seen looks clean and tidy and well presented

Convenient, Clean & Great Value – Perfect for a Pre-Flight Stay We stayed here the night before an early morning flight and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. This hotel is a fantastic budget-friendly option — cheap and cheerful, but also spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s located right next to Park’n’Fly, which made parking and access to the airport incredibly convenient. One of the standout features was the free shuttle service to the airport, which ran regularly and right on time — a huge stress-saver for early flights. We also really enjoyed the on-site bar and restaurant. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was the perfect place to relax with a drink and grab a bite before settling in for the night. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. Clean, comfortable, and convenient — we’ll definitely be booking here again for future trips!

Great for parking if you are away for a week or more. Very nice food from restaurant, and a soak in the bath was just what we needed. This will be our go to hotel for any airport visits.

I like the service provided by the staff. They are friendly and accommodating. I am concerned that one has to request a bath mat if one wishes to have one. I think that it's something that should be available in all bathrooms. Also a hand rail on the bathroom wall would be great while one is having a shower standing in the bath tub. Otherwise Heartland hotel Is a great place to stay.

It was close to the airport (AKL) we arrived late and asked for late checkout. Room was clean, cool. Blackout curtains were great for late checkout. It had a book exchange shelf which was nice. The hotel is ideal for business travel.

Very impressed

We had a great stay. Met with family going overseas and had a great meal and service in the restaurant. Hubby said the beerbattered fish was aaaaaa plus ,. We Also had a guide dog so was put near an exit door. The room was clean and cosy. Plenty of space for puppies crate. Aircon is by the door, be aware when your hand slides up the door jam looking for a light, you may turn the aircon off, as we did!! We were looked after very well, able to use the Heartland free shuttle to pick up our family , airport and back.

Conveniently close to airport, with free shuttle to and from airport and reasonably priced parking whilst away. Nice staff and enjoyable food.

Fabulous stay here, good sized rooms which is great to lay suitcases out. Free 24 hour hotel shuttle os a bonus. We also ate dinner at the restaurant which we enjoyed. Mid priced with a good menu.
