My husband and I have travelled extensively and understand the importance of quiet, quality, comfortable accommodation in a great location.
We have created luxurious accommodation, which is completely private and peaceful, with high quality furnishings and linen.
The bedroom, with a very comfortable king bed, opens out onto a private patio area. The lounge-room also opens onto a large private patio and beautiful garden setting for exclusive use with outdoor furniture and umbrella, your own Weber barbecue, gas fire, a flat lawn and a close up view of Kohimarama Beach.
The modern bathroom has a large bath and shower, with quality toiletries. It is a comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to return to at the end of a busy day.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

What a lovely, clean and quiet home. Check in was a breeze, Maureen was very responsive to all queries, John was easy to chat with the couple of times we met up. The location is wonderful, very close to the beaches, buses and an excellent cafe. And what a treat that private garden oasis was.

Maureen and John are fabulous hosts. The apartment is sparkly clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bedroom and lounge are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is a good size with excellent linens. The kitchen is nicely stocked and definitely eliminates the need to eat out for all meals. The garden is lovely and you have access to front load washer and dryer and outside clothesline, which we loved. You are literally around the corner from the beach and local eateries. I highly recommend this property - I would definitely return. Cheers!

We loved the apartment is exactly as described, very clean and easy to access, and it is right around the corner from the beach, and we walked to get food and gelato just around the corner as well. The host was very sweet and helpful.

Clean and lovely furnishings. Great spot.Close to beach ,local cafe (excellent),bus line into city. Which is fabulous and cheap.Lovely easy walk round to St Heliers for more shops ,cafes ,supermarket and Restaurants. Would definitely stay again when visiting Auckland. Perfect spot, top notch space

The place is very nice and the location is awesome. Spotless. You can see the water from the back patio door. Owners are very helpful and accommodating.Note that you can’t park on the property but it doesn’t matter as street parking is right there, very open.

Exceptional deluxe 1 bedroom apartment

This is a beautiful property exactly as the listing. We arrived exhausted from the Uk and fell into the most comfortable bed and had the first good nights sleep since leaving the Uk four days earlier. The beach is really close and we enjoyed a lovely stroll to mission bay on our first morning. Ideally located for easy access to Auckland city centre. We used Ubers approx £10 each way. Maureen and John checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This lovely place exceeded our expectations. Not only was it impeccably clean, the quality of the linens and furnishings really made the difference, making this stay feel like a real treat. Lovely apartment by the beach

We had a great stay by Kohi beach. The town had a very relaxing vibe and many small restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops etc. The hosts were friendly and the apartment was very clean. Well stocked kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed (could use a firmer pillow but that’s a personal preference) and the onsite laundry was a lifesaver for us traveling long term.

Ideal location

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Maureen and John were great hosts and alway eager to help. The house was clean and had all the amenities a person could need. The beach is right around the corner and there are many restaurants and shops with in walking distance as well as a nearby bus stops. Can’t wait to come back soon.

A top class Apartment.

My wife and I travel extensively and’ Seahaven’ is a real gem. The Apartment has all the amenities you would expect and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay of almost one month. The location was brilliant for us and we certainly hope to stay again. Maureen and John are great hosts and are always available if you have any questions or even the smallest problem.
