On arrival from the Carpark to reception - we found it very dated, carpet and walls could well do with updating. Apart from that everything was awesome. We book a Lounge access room, which we thought was great, well worth paying the extra for that type of room and the extras it offers. Staff were great, Breakfast was great... overall a really nice stay & would stay here again in a Lounge access room

They let us check in early which was really nice! I'm visually impaired and I appreciated the care the staff had towards me. I was sharing a double with a friend which was a club room and then I ended up booking my own non club room but the club room benefits are elite! The canapes and drinks and snacks why would you not book a club room . Loved the location, staff amazing room amazing. We have reserved club rooms for December!

We stayed at this hotel 33 years ago for our wedding night and it was called the rendezvous. The staff were absolutely fantastic. It was a central location with parking available. We were absolutely spoilt and we can't wait to go back.

Perfect location as we went to a concert at the Town Hall. Very close to lots of cheap eats and shopping. We had booked a Club Room which included access to the Club Lounge, parking and breakfast. Great time had at the lounge with canapés and drinks, and breakfast had lots of choices.

Clean room and staff gave an interconnected room with my other family as requested. Staff nice and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi ok. Newly refurbished room nice. Kids loved the pool but no toddler/shallow section - all of the pool is 1.4m deep.
