Fabulous stay

Lovely stay, we had a 5 month old baby with us and we had a large room big enough fit the portacot. Nice and clean, restaurant on site. We ate dinner in the bar which was really good. Cafe on site for great snacks and good coffee. The free direct airport shuttle is also one of the reasons to stay here. ( not the yellow bus) We caught this from and to the airport and both times the drivers were really friendly and helped us with our luggage

Excellent. Only issue was with airport shuttle on our arrival. They say ring on arrival, but that’s just to explain where pick up is. As we had just missed one we got a taxi owing to the long wait time. Might be better if shuttle ran at set, advertised times.

Nice hotel. Good value for room rate! About 10 minute drive from airport. Nothing really close to it but fine for an overnight stay. Fitness room is below par.

Jet Park was a good choice for our nights stay prior to flying home to Perth. Comfortable room, nice restaurant for dinner and a good breakfast available. Efficient complimentary shuttle service to the airport every half hour was also appreciated.

Evening shuttle driver sat in his driver's seat and would not lift big bags into van. Many older people had great difficulty. Morning shuttle driver (from Sri Lanka) was very helpful and lifted bags into trailer. Room very small - no desk or second chair.

Convenient to airport

This is the second time we have stayed. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and provides a free and regular shuttle. The room was spacious and well appointed. It is also convenient to have a bar and restaurant on site and the breakfast buffet provided a good variety.

The staff were courteous and helpful both check in and out were quick and seamless. I got in to Auckland early and they were able to do an early check in. The room was presented immaculately wifi was excellent and was able to cast movies off my phone to the tv. They had all the channels on the tv as well. I went down to their restaurant and had the scotch fillet. It was cooked to perfection with an awesome char on it. Everything was fresh and tasty. This morning I took the shuttle bus at 4am to the airport. Driver was awesome and polite. Well done. Will be back.
