The person on reception was incredibly rude. He checked us in before we even said we are checking in - he was unhelpful and disrespectful. A lady who was sitting outside wasn’t allowed entry as she wasn’t aware of a bond due to not booking it - it was through a third party person (her work officer) therefore she was having to sleep on the street. I paid her bond so she has somewhere to stay. The guy was more worried about other stayers too. I’d never stay here again. It felt very unwelcoming and people parked in the wrong car spaces when we paid therefore couldn’t park - the only option was to get other peoples car spaces towed. The people in the morning were helpful. The rooms had some cockroaches as well. I do not recommend.

Range hood doesn’t work makes loud sound only, slow elements. No coffee table (other rooms the as ours same do) 5 switches on a wall, Only one worked. Aircon floor unit only so window constantly open equals loud planes all night. For 4 people: 1 breakfast bowl, 3 forks, 2 drinking glasses, No tea towel. Said serviced apartments they just put new towels on dining table. The dishwasher looked like it had been in a train wreck. We booked with friends for two nights, 3 dbl apartments. I booked a single apartment for the 3rd night based on a promise over the phone for a 4th carpark for the full 3 nights, paying $12.50 per night for carpark. I wouldn’t have booked the extra night if not. No language barrier, I asked several times and spelled it out. Arrived to be told no he didn’t tell me that, I am a lier and they don’t have a carpark for us. I just got lied to, spoke over, rudely treated ended up having to park 5 min walk away costing more. I got lied to again when given the managers phone number, wrong number! Then when given the right one he didn’t answer, the receptionist said he went home for the night, so why give me his number?! I phoned and txt, no answer. Then I go back past reception 10 mins later and who was there, the manager?! Lies after lies. we ended up cancelling the 3rd additional Night and stayed somewhere much better and safer. And mostly out of morals. A lot of weird going’s on, people coming and going too. Won’t be booking here again.

The room furnishing and amenities was not to the standards for the price we paid. It felt cramp from the time we enter the room and right throughout the bedroom to the bathroom. The aircon equipment made a lot of noise, with the hose hanging out the window. There is no vent in the bathroom. The complete finishing of the entire room was not of great standards. The closet in one of the room had no rod to hang clothes especially with the length of stay we booked (5 nights). We only stayed the entire time because we will not eligible for refund. Location was great but the facility was not so welcoming and will not stay here in the future.

Room was definitely not ideal; dishwasher doesn't work, shower head holder isn't secured properly and came off after first shower. There was a weird red paint like stain across the carpet. Kitchen had zero frying pans and bathroom had zero soap - this one could've been me misreading what was provided but soap is an essential. Location is really great and bed is comfortable.

-Room service was pathetic, they came and put towels on the table -Sink clogged -No soap on hand basin and sink -Internet access got expired (disconnected) 11 hours prior to our checkout -Sofa broken -Room service left our door unlocked -No security outside after hours, the drunkards and druggies hanging around at entrance.

The room smells soon as you enter, it has that uncleanness smell from the carpet from the rooms to the living room, the couch was very smelly, went to the reception and complain, promise they will clean but nothing change instead they, bring towel everyday but the smell is syill there and they dont always do your room maybe just once my room was clean but the smell of the carpet and couch still there. Its a good location but owner needs to renovate or do a good clean up.

Could smell smoke seemed like people were smoking in the forgers, it had very strong smell. The sliding doors in the bedrooms were very hard to open and the lock of the door was from outside 😳. Shower door didn’t close properly when showering the water was all outside the shower on tiles. Hope they get all looked at, otherwise it was ok near to our activities.

Amazing Views and Accomodating Staff

Good price point for a two bedroom apartment. We were on 10th floor so minimal noise. Location is so convenient with bus interchange and train station less than 3 minute walk. Room serviced everyday. Really enjoyed having wash machine in the room with laundry powder provided. Staff were very friendly and helped us swap out worn out items such as iron, fry pan and oven tray. They even provided an air dryer for clothes when we asked. Amazing views of Mount Eden and CBD Skyline. Only let downs were the chairs and couch were a bit awkward to sit on. One bed had it so the wire and coils could be felt. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
